I’ve been going here for years now and always have a fantastic experience. Jill, the receptionist is the absolute best (an angel). I’ve had 2 dental hygienists, Denise and Sarah, both super friendly and diligent at cleaning my teeth and checking my gum health, love them both. Dr. Hudson is very friendly and pleasant; he has replaced a cap that popped off and was happy to check several times if my bite was aligned. I have been a patient for more than 10 years. This year I was contacted to have my 6 month cleaning done in December. I declined, because my insurance (federal government plan) did not cover my last visit, which was in June. I was assured that this visit would be covered by insurance. This was conveyed by email. It wasn’t. I had a most unproductive conversation with the billing person about it, and no explanation about why it might not be covered. Dr Hudson is an excellent dentist and his support staff are exceptional - professional and courteous. Couldn’t be happier with the treatment I’ve received over the 20 or more years my wife and I plus family members have been using their services. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others seeking dental care.
Amazing service! Everyone’s very friendly and helpful! I love how organized and knowledgeable about everything from insurance coverage and estimated benefits coverages they provide to help us know how much we need to pay.
