After being told one price multiple times over the phone and setting up an appointment for an exam and cleaning. I was lied to about what the actual price was as well about what the actual appointment was for The front desk lady seems to think it is perfectly fine to lie even after she was the one that made the error. She treated me like I was less than for having to use government benefits. Had a very poor attitude and made me feel very uncomfortable. Would not recommend this place to anyone
My first visit (referred by regular practice, Sandy Hill dental) was for consult and extraction of two teeth. The total experience was very positive (given the task at hand was to rip two teeth out of my head). Front desk staff was efficient; the dental assistant likewise. The dentist I was assigned demonstrated all the required skills needed with confidence and good results. Recommended.
I’ve visited many different dentists over the years, and St. Laurent Dental Centre is the first place where I truly felt comfortable. Dr. Joshi is knowledgeable, honest, and never tries to push unnecessary treatments. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients. Highly recommended!

Recently changed dentist and the staff are friendly, professional, and take time to explain every step, which makes even nervous patients feel comfortable. Appointments run smoothly and the quality of care is outstanding. Highly recommended, my dentist is Doctor Brandon Hersh and he is great very caring and professional !
