I’ve been going here for years now and always have a fantastic experience. Jill, the receptionist is the absolute best (an angel). I’ve had 2 dental hygienists, Denise and Sarah, both super friendly and diligent at cleaning my teeth and checking my gum health, love them both. Dr. Hudson is very friendly and pleasant; he has replaced a cap that popped off and was happy to check several times if my bite was aligned. Everyone at this dental office is exceptional, from the receptionists, the dental hygienists, and the dentists (my husband and I have 2 separate dentists and hygienists at this centre, and they are both great). They all take pride in what they do, and truly care about their patients as people. Would recommend to anyone.
I have been a patient for more than 10 years. This year I was contacted to have my 6 month cleaning done in December. I declined, because my insurance (federal government plan) did not cover my last visit, which was in June. I was assured that this visit would be covered by insurance. This was conveyed by email. It wasn’t. I had a most unproductive conversation with the billing person about it, and no explanation about why it might not be covered. Dr Hudson is an excellent dentist and his support staff are exceptional - professional and courteous. Couldn’t be happier with the treatment I’ve received over the 20 or more years my wife and I plus family members have been using their services. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others seeking dental care.
Service is always excellent. Been a patient of this Dental Center for over 35 years. Dr Hudson, Jill and Denise are the best!!! Staff are always on time, very professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend St Laurent Dental Center.
