After being told one price multiple times over the phone and setting up an appointment for an exam and cleaning. I was lied to about what the actual price was as well about what the actual appointment was for The front desk lady seems to think it is perfectly fine to lie even after she was the one that made the error. She treated me like I was less than for having to use government benefits. Had a very poor attitude and made me feel very uncomfortable. Would not recommend this place to anyone
I had a fantastic experience with Venessa! She was warm, gentle, and incredibly thorough throughout my cleaning. My teeth have never felt better, and her professionalism and kindness really stood out. Highly recommend Venessa to anyone looking for a great dental hygienist!
My first visit (referred by regular practice, Sandy Hill dental) was for consult and extraction of two teeth. The total experience was very positive (given the task at hand was to rip two teeth out of my head). Front desk staff was efficient; the dental assistant likewise. The dentist I was assigned demonstrated all the required skills needed with confidence and good results. Recommended.
I’ve visited many different dentists over the years, and St. Laurent Dental Centre is the first place where I truly felt comfortable. Dr. Joshi is knowledgeable, honest, and never tries to push unnecessary treatments. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients. Highly recommended!
I am a new patient here and have been very happy with the lovely staff, everyone is super nice and Dr. Mathew’s is great. I had a cleaning today with a nice hygienist by the name of Sarah and she did a good and thorough job! It’s really nice to be able to find a place that doesn’t pressure you or try to upsell you on their services.
