Please do yourself favour and don’t go to this clinic. I went and it is my biggest regret and mistake. Once they see you have insurance they only care about money. Dr. Proctor I trusted since he has been in dentistry for 40 years. Don’t trust him. He is retiring and he has checked out. He damaged my mouth. He never discussed any treatment plan with me or cost. 3 months now I am suffering with severe pain, living on Advil 400mg every 4 hours. The dental hygienist took great care and time to ensure I was comfortable and she properly scaled and cleaned my teeth. The dentist then reviewed and gave me a clean check up. All in all a great experience, professionally done!
As a new patient at Stayner Dental Centre I am impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. After my check-up, I needed a filling. Dr. Kaiway clearly explained each step of the process, ensured that I was comfortable throughout, and I experienced minimal discomfort. I highly recommend this dental team.
I had 4 fillings done by Dr Kaiway, from Stayner Dental. One was unexpected so it was efficient to do it as well. But it was a lot. He gave me the option. He did a great job. I liked the way he communicated with me every time he was about to do a procedure, and that he kept asking me if I had any questions. His assistant was attentive and also excellent.
Samantha was very informative and open on all the Stayner Dental procedures. Pleased with the clinic ! Will call very soon. Thanks again, Completed my first full dental cleaning with the Hygienist Megan. Very thorough and timely, great work.
