My experience was a good one. I had 4-5 hours in the dental chair and felt relaxed, comfortable and not anxious. Steve Austin is the best and truly cares about his patients, even offers a blanket to stay warm. He is concerned about every aspect of getting things perfect along with a correct or pleasing outcome. His staff couldn’t be more nicer and they too make sure everything about the process is perfect for the patient. When I go to Austin and Tatum Dental, I’m no longer scared to be in the dental chair.
My first visit to Austin and Tatum Dental was such a refreshing change from my previous dental encounters. I have never liked going to the dentists office and have anxiety over how my teeth look and the possible pain I may be incurring soon. None of those things came into play over many visits thus far. I have been a patient of Dr. Tatum’s for the past couple of years and every experience has been top tier. In the past, I have experienced questionable service and care from dentists and I can honestly say that seeing Dr. Tatum has been a breath of fresh air. I was pregnant when my tooth chipped and his office scheduled me right in.
