I would be giving a rating of zero but that is NOT possible. Rating as a 1 is giving it a higher rating than they deserve. As a new patient they will not give you an evaluation and routine cleaning in the same visit. The reason for this is because they do NOT do the Free routine cleaning. They upcode and give you an "estimate " for your return cleaning which is no longer routine nor free. It is full of charges that are NOT covered by your insurance. Dental assistant is very joyful. She loves her job. It is etremely and wonderfully obvious. The dentist is extremely skillful. His confidence and competence made being a patient easy. He and the assistant were professional and worked together well as a team. Lastly, both the worker at the front desk who helped make the appointment and the one I engaged when I arrived for my appointment today were extremely pleasant and willingly helpful. Dr. Mosbey and his brilliant team are literal angels. Not only are they always extremely kind and welcoming but they actually make you feel cared for. I put off fixing my teeth for a while because of a negative experience I had with a different dentist, but then I met Dr. Mosbey, and he fixed everything. I’m a complicated patient, it took skill that I have never seen before and I am so grateful!! I can’t say enough good things! You will be in good hands if you choose this place
The staff is always so friendly. Dr. Mosbey is a great dentist. He sees patients quickly. If any treatment is needed, I have always been able to schedule with what works for my timeline. Highly recommend!
Went for a filling staff was kind and talkative, dentist and hygienist was professional, first time I wasn't scolded at a dentist was refreshing. Prices seemed fair as much as they can be for dental work and they were very forthcoming about costs and actions they were going to take. Altogether great visit.
