I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Bowcutt and his entire staff. Dr. Bowcutt was extremely thorough, caring, and took the time to communicate everything clearly throughout my visits. I've been scared of going to the dentist for many years and ended up needing two root canals, so I was extremely nervous my very first visit, everyone there made me feel comfortable and treated me with kindness and respect. A special thank you to Lex, my dental assistant. She was kind, patient, reassuring, and just a genuinely nice person. Dr. Bowcutt is a great dentist! He is friendly, efficient, and kind. He is very easy to talk to and makes discussing your dental health or treatment plan feel comfortable and stress-free. The dental assistant was also very pleasant and welcoming. I have visited the Harker Heights location before, but this was my first time going to the Killeen office. It is a beautifully designed dental office with great energy. Highly recommend this location!

I would definitely recommend this place. Very clean staff is courteous and caring, and the doctor is very precise and his work. Love it !!! The wait time wasn't so long in the lobby which I love last Dentist I went to you literally took about three hours to do what they did in about an hour and a half

Had initial visit but due to insuramce issues they just said that there were no issues with my sons teeth and that he would need a cleaning once insurance issue was fixed. Contacted them back several months later when everything on our end was finally cleared up. (Son is mentally disabled and we were having to secure lifetime coverage for him so insurance would not age him out) We had to wait two months for the earliest appointment.
