Great experience. Took my 2 year old daughter for a chipped tooth and everyone was so great. Henry was so amazing with my daughter and made it enjoyable for her. Dr.Maria was very kind and gentle and even put blippi on the tv for her to watch. Front desk was welcoming and pleasant too. Overall great experience!
Henry did my whitening yesterday and he made the experience so relaxing as it was my first time. Through out the procedure he kept asking if I was comfortable or needed anything. At one point I needed to cough as my throat was tickling, he immediately said could if I wanted and that he could pause if needed. Overall it was an excellent experience. Thank you Henry and of course all the staff there are truly amazing.
Both the dental assistant and dentist were very nice and the level of care was excellent. However, I was scheduled for a standard cleaning and ended up having x-rays and gum check done as well. So, what was supposed to be a basic cleaning appointment ended up costing me over $400. At my other dental office, a cleaning was under $200. So, the additional x-rays and gum check add-ons were extra expenses that I was not expecting going in. Today was my first visit to Strathroy Family Dental. I felt very welcomed and comfortable there. The staff - from reception, then hygienist to dentist - were all very friendly, helpful and professional. I was educated on my dental options going forward vs being given one option, so I left there feeling very positive.
My first visit to this dental clinic was a great experience. The hygienist and doctor did an excellent job and made me feel very comfortable throughout the appointment. The staff was extremely polite, respectful, and professional. Everything was well organized and welcoming. I truly appreciate the care I received and would highly recommend this clinic. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
