I was quite nervous before my appointment, but my hygienist, Rubina, was incredibly kind, gentle, and professional. She guided me through everything so patiently, explained each step clearly, and made me feel completely comfortable and at ease throughout the visit. This was the best dentist experience I have ever had. Noth appointments. First a broken tooth removal. I felt something touching my gums, absolutely no pulling/moving my head, she just said calmly, Ok' it's out. The exrays and cleaning were comfortable, in that I never gagged on the inserting or removal of the exray tongs they stick in your mouth. A full exray and photographs. Not once, was I uncomfortable. Edna the hygienist is the best ever! She is gentle, constantly checks in to ensure I’m comfortable and gives info when needed - 5 stars for this hygienist! Front desk friendly and accommodating to my crazy schedule and just met a new dentist to me who seems great 😊 💜
