I'm writing this review because of MISINFORMATION, AND PRICE I was given for work I needed to be done this past summer. AS WELL looking at past reviews I'm not the only person who's complaining about your employees making inappropriate comments about how their teeth line up. ? I was only covered by CDCP(Canadian Dental Care Plan). I had came in this past summer for multiple problems that needed to be fixed (fillings, root canal, etc..). I can’t say enough good things about Dr. S. He is absolutely wonderful. From the moment you sit in the chair, he makes you feel comfortable, heard, and genuinely cared for. I suffer from significant dental anxiety, and Dr. S goes out of his way to ensure I’m always in a good place throughout the entire appointment. He explains everything he’s doing step by step, which really helps ease anxiety. Been going here for years! the staff are so friendly, positive and welcoming. No negative conversations by the staff as one waits. The examination rooms and equipment are disinfected before during and after each procedure. They are at the forefront of new equipment and procedures. Every year I go for my cleaning I spot new equipment and processes. well done everyone!
I needed to get in ASAP for a tooth...molar I broke a piece off last evening. No pain but it just felt like a crater. Called at 9 a.m & lucky me someone had just canceled their 9:30. I got there in a few minutes & right into dentist office. The awesome dentist & assistant fixed me up in like 15 minutes & I was out! So great. The whole team at ADG are top shelf. Thank you!!
It really sucks you can't give 0 stars. I was in for a cleaning and I paid cash. They didn't have change so they credited me on file for $6.33. A few months later I needed a filling so they applied that credit and I guess when my next cleaning rolled around they applied the credit by accident again. Clearly their error but then proceeded to bombard me with phone calls, voicemails, emails, letters with big capital letters"PAST DUE" about the $6.33!!
