I LOVE going to Surgeon Creek Dental. The team there is awesome, so friendly and welcoming. Dr. Lau is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions, even if they were silly! The girls at the front desk, always greet you with warm smiles, shout out to Mona for showing me the electric toothbrush and showing me how it works! Such a lovely person Mona is!!! Everything was amazing as always. Greeted as soon as I walked in and then was into my appointment promptly and ahead of schedule. The hygienist was very pleasant and made sure i was settled. Soon after the dentist came and took excellent care of my teeth. After my appointment they made sure to schedule me for a follow up and walked me right to reception to wish me well. Always a great experience at Sturgeon Creek Dental.
I went here as a new patient yesterday and was made to feel welcome while in the lobby. my appointment was at 4:10pm I was called in two minutes early and was only in the chain for a couple minutes before I was patched up and ready to leave. I had a great experience over all and all the staff were very friendly! I would recommend my friends and family to this dental practice :)
Dr Aaron Kim is a very good dentist. Their hygienists do a very thorough and detailed cleaning. They're office is well managed. I appreciate the text reminders of appointments. Makes it easy to remember and schedule around appointments. If I could rate 4.5, I would.
I went for my first appointment and they made me feel very welcomed. The hygienist was very thorough and took the time to explain me everything. Doctor Veronica Lau was very detailed too, I would recommend this practice to anyone feeling anxious about visiting the dentist.
