I have been seeing Dr Atwal for over 15 years now. My spouse + kids have always gone here too. I've recommended many friends + family to come here as well. They've always had incredible service (Mona at the front desk is quite literally the nicest human I've ever met). Dr Atwal is so calming and reassuring and I love her attention to detail, in not just making sure your mouth/teeth are healthy, but that your smile also looks good! (that is important to me!). Greeted by front desk as soon as I entered the office. Sat for less than one minute before being called in to exam room. Dentist was in room ready to start procedure. Always checked on my well being during the procedure. Heard the dentist say “ perfect “. This was good to hear, if the dentist was happy with her work I would be too. Thank you to Sturgeon Creek Dental crew. Always a pleasure to visit.
I'm writing this review because of MISINFORMATION, AND PRICE I was given for work I needed to be done this past summer. AS WELL looking at past reviews I'm not the only person who's complaining about your employees making inappropriate comments about how their teeth line up. ? I was only covered by CDCP(Canadian Dental Care Plan). I had came in this past summer for multiple problems that needed to be fixed (fillings, root canal, etc..). Been going here for years! the staff are so friendly, positive and welcoming. No negative conversations by the staff as one waits. The examination rooms and equipment are disinfected before during and after each procedure. They are at the forefront of new equipment and procedures. Every year I go for my cleaning I spot new equipment and processes. well done everyone!
I can’t say enough good things about Dr. S. He is absolutely wonderful. From the moment you sit in the chair, he makes you feel comfortable, heard, and genuinely cared for. I suffer from significant dental anxiety, and Dr. S goes out of his way to ensure I’m always in a good place throughout the entire appointment. He explains everything he’s doing step by step, which really helps ease anxiety.
