Excellent experience as always. Zero to no wait time as usual. Clair was amazing, and has had my teeth cleaning regiment locked down for years. Dr Budd is beyond a great dentist. He’s proven to be like a friend when you walk in. Always a handshake and a smile. Super knowledgeable, and definitely goes the extra mile when taking care of his patients.
I have been with this clinic for 32 years and have always had amazing service from the receptionist, to the hygienist, to the dentists and the women at the back. All the staff is amazing. I am moving away from Sudbury. It’s the only reason I am no longer a patient. Thank you everyone for making my dental appointments so great.
We seen Dr.Budd and his team today, my son had dental work done and needed to be put under general anesthesia I was a very worried emotional momma! Him and his team were amazing at calming me down and reassuring me it would be okay. Our previous dentist of 9 years fled Canada. Sudbury Dental Group picked up a lot of the pieces with open arms and smiling faces. They were booking for 2 months in advance & then found time to see my 4 year old a week later for an emergency cavity. The assistant & dentist were so friendly and bubbly to her. She was having some painful discomfort by the Xray bites but was completely comfortable & compliant with them around. This has been the absolute worst experience. My daughter was seen by Dr Budd in November 2023. Prior to the appointment an error was made where they submitted for an estimate from my insurance twice. Nothing was sent to my wife’s insurance. My wife called to clarify and they then sent the estimate to her insurance provider. We were asked to place an $800 deposit prior to the treatment for my daughter. Once the treatment was complete they sent the invoice to my wife’s insurance in error.
