Had a check-up appointment with Dr. Richards. Very friendly. A great dentist. Also had a cleaning with an awesome hygienist. She was so friendly and professional. Sorry I can't remember her name, but she is fantastic. My husband and I have been going to Sudbury Dental Group for many years and would never consider going anywhere else.
Seen Dr.Richards for our baby’s tongue tied. Excellent service and care. The receptionist made sure to get us in right away which worked really well for us. Both receptionist that we dealt with were so kind and helpful. Highly recommend this office. Dr.Richards is super friendly and took his time to explain everything to us throughly. Thank you to Dr.Richards and staff!
I have been a patient of Dr Budds since I was a baby. But today I had to bring my own baby in to have his lip tie and tongue tie corrected. We had an amazing encounter with Dr Richards and his staff. They were extremely friendly and informative. His assistants were extremely friendly and helpful. Will never go to another Dentist office in my life as long as possible! Thank you for providing such great care ! We also love Stacy so much! She is such a great joy !
Friendly staff and very welcoming as always! Appointment with hygienist "Lianne" was very punctual, very professional but yet very friendly. While examining "gum recession" (done every 3 years) as well as performing the teeth cleaning, she was very thorough and took the time to explain everything while performing both duties. "Lianne is a true credit to her profession!" 👍🏼
Excellent experience as always. Zero to no wait time as usual. Clair was amazing, and has had my teeth cleaning regiment locked down for years. Dr Budd is beyond a great dentist. He’s proven to be like a friend when you walk in. Always a handshake and a smile. Super knowledgeable, and definitely goes the extra mile when taking care of his patients.
