I have been a patient of Dr Budds since I was a baby. But today I had to bring my own baby in to have his lip tie and tongue tie corrected. We had an amazing encounter with Dr Richards and his staff. They were extremely friendly and informative. His assistants were extremely friendly and helpful. Will never go to another Dentist office in my life as long as possible! Thank you for providing such great care ! We also love Stacy so much! She is such a great joy !
Excellent experience as always. Zero to no wait time as usual. Clair was amazing, and has had my teeth cleaning regiment locked down for years. Dr Budd is beyond a great dentist. He’s proven to be like a friend when you walk in. Always a handshake and a smile. Super knowledgeable, and definitely goes the extra mile when taking care of his patients.
My stepdaughter had a appointment in May and I've been waiting 3 months for my deposit back (benefits have been approved and the dental office has been paid) with no end in sight. This is absolutely absurd. Never in my life have I heard of a dentist taking a deposit for 3+ months after the appointment.
Staff are courteous and clear in their communication. The hygienist and dentist made sure to explain their work as we went along so I understood what was going on. The facility is clean and has good equipment. I highly recommend!
I have been going here since I was a child and now my child goes here. Very friendly staff and they are good with kids. My boy enjoys visiting the dentist and I think they love when he visits them 🥰😅 The parking is confusing at first you have to make sure you use their designated parking areas which I think is a little inconvenient especially for elders but I feel like that’s with any business down town. To be safe I recommend parking at the Elm Mall since they have (ONE HOUR) free.
