First of all I do not put my name on reviews as my medical history is confidential. I have been going to Summer Breeze Dental in Scarborough for just under a year for mainly hygiene appointments as I currently have a dentist who did not have a hygienist. Bianca Managuit, one of the receptionists, is outstanding. Arden Trumpour, one of the hygienists, is excellent with a soft cleaning touch beyond a doubt. The staff are very warm, friendly and welcoming, they even set up payment plan to help you get your smiles together. The place is clean, makes you feel comfortable to relax. Highly recommend.
I had a great experience with Moor, the dental hygienist who handled my cleaning. He was very professional, gentle, and thorough throughout the appointment. He took the time to explain my oral health clearly and provided helpful recommendations for improving and maintaining my teeth. I really appreciated how comfortable and well informed he made me feel. Highly recommend him!
My experience with their front desk was abysmal. We came in for a simple refund due to their negligence and the front desk girl instead of refunding us charged us $2250.00 and when we came back to try to fix the issue she didn’t even start off with an apology.
