Brought my daughter(age 4) to her first dental appointment.The staff were wonderful and helped my daughter to have a really great experience. They were very friendly, made her feel like she was in control, and they were super encouraging, and enthusiastic. She left with a brighter smile and not scared of going back.
I had the best experience yesterday ! I have a HUGE fear of dentists, and have put off my dental health for too long due to that fear. I went in for my first cleaning yesterday , with tears in my eyes ( yes im a big baby lol ) . Kim the dental hygienist who looked after me was beyond amazing. She was so kind and caring. She made me feel so comfortable and always in control. Shes completely changed my experience with dentists . Thanks Kim !
I had a tooth chip unexpectedly and my husband and I were about to leave on a trip. When I called, I was told that all the dentists were fully booked, so I asked to be called if anyone canceled. I was called within a few hours and put with Dr. Elaine Evans. She is excellent!! I would recommend her to anyone. She is professional, kind , and gentle. I had an amazing experience!!
I am a new comer in canada and its my first time in Sussex Dental.The clinic is Very clean and beautiful. All staff are very nice and accomodating. Specially the frontdesk clerk and nurse Kim was very helpful and kind. Thank you so much.
A fabulous appointment. Ladies so professional and efficient. Probably the best dental appt. I have been to over 20 years. They gave me my options (which was my point so I could address issues that had to be done) may me feel relaxed. Thank you
