I had a tooth chip unexpectedly and my husband and I were about to leave on a trip. When I called, I was told that all the dentists were fully booked, so I asked to be called if anyone canceled. I was called within a few hours and put with Dr. Elaine Evans. She is excellent!! I would recommend her to anyone. She is professional, kind , and gentle. I had an amazing experience!!
I have a pretty hard time with anxiety at the dentist but Dr Evan’s is so good! Dr Evan’s filled 3 of my teeth in one go. There was absolutely no pain during any of the procedure from the freezing to the filling. She checked on me during the procedure and let me know what came next. She is kind and confident. There was absolutely no swelling or pain after the procedure. None! All the staff at Sussex dental are extremely kind and professional. I was expecting that to make an appointment to have one of my front teeth repaired would mean a fairly long wait: a chunk of the tooth had broken off, but there was no pain. When the call came, it was to tell me there'd been a last minute cancellation, and to ask if I could come that morning. I'm a 69 year old man that has not had good experiences with dentists until now. I drive an hour just so I can have Dr Barrett and his staff look after me. If I could give a 7 out of 5 I would. Best dentist I ever had.... and they're sports fans, so lots to talk about. I don't recall his assistants name but she's also a gem. Couldn't be happier.
Dr Rector is personable and excellent at what he does. Jessica was my hygienist and I couldn't have been more confident or comfortable. Great staff great atmosphere!
