Courteous and professional, I am not a fan of the dentist generally as a whole. The staff at Sussex Dental Clinic are top notch and make visits even for a guy like me, easy. It is very much appreciated, highly recommended to anyone looking for a clinic who knows what they are doing, and doing it well. Thank you Dr. Barrett and team!
Very pleased with the care my children and I received. Dr. Evans is a wonderful dentist and seems caring and compassionate. The ladies at reception were also very kind and professional. Overall, it was a very positive experience!
Dr Rector and Anne are fantastic. They both take the time to explain, allow for questions and hear what you're saying. As a budget minded Client, I appreciate that work requirements are explained fully and what should/could be done at the same visit. The Front desk Amin is great and work to get bookings done at a time convenient for me. I have never had to wait long if I am on a wait list either.
Was as pleasant an experience as you can get when visiting the dentist! lol 😆 My only concern was the wait time. I arrived a good 15 minutes early and didn’t get taken in until well after my appointment time, about 20 minutes to half a hour late. Good thing I didn’t have any other appointments to get to.
Jessica cleaned my teeth and was great. Very professional, yet caring. Was my first experience with her and she made me feel comfortable and like we had know eachother for years.
