Dr. Kalyn Austen and his assistants are excellent. He did root canal for one of my molar, and it was really good. So I came back 2 more times to have some teeth fillings. He was quick, efficient, and made the treatment run smoothly.
Dr. Kelly Huisman and her team are friendly, welcoming, and very professional. They clearly explain each procedure and perform their work with great care and gentleness. My wisdom tooth extraction and tooth filling both went smoothly and pain-free. The receptionists are also kind, helpful, and pleasant to talk to. Overall, I had an excellent experience and would highly recommend their clinic!
Dr. Kalyn and his assistant were very professional and made sure everything went smoothly. They were patient, gentle, and explained each step clearly. Karen at the front desk was sweet and extremely helpful — she handled my payment and answered all my questions with care. Everyone at the front desk had a smile the whole time I was there, which really helped calm my nerves. The clinic was clean, welcoming, and they helped me quickly when I was in pain. Definitely recommend them for dental work or extractions!
If you have any anxiety when it comes to dental care I highly recommend Sutherland Dental. Dr. Bala and all the hygienists there have treated me with nothing but respect, kindness and professionalism. Appointments are always easy to book and within the week, they also direct bill (to Canada Life at least) and will always be happy to talk about your budget or amount of benefits left to get the most out of their care. Always punctual. Love having the same hygienist each time and that she remembers the details of my family. I appreciate that when she asks me a question, she waits for me to answer before continuing to work. She is gentle and the dentist this time was great as well. Talked about my concerns and presented options rather than just pushing for me to have more work done. Thanks for a great cleaning!
