I’ve been with Sutherland Dental for 20 years, myself and my daughter for 15 years and son for 18 years. With high anxiety kids and myself, I have to say Dr. Olson and his staff are absolutely amazing, making my kids as comfortable as possible. So caring, gentle, compassionate and building their trust in their care. Top Notch service and staff! I actually look forward to going the dentist!
My kids and I have been going to Sutherland Dental Clinic for many years for our dental care and the staff are always kind and personable. Dr Huisman and her assistant were wonderful today as they did my filling. They made me feel at ease and ensured I could give feedback in case I needed anything during the procedure. Lovely atmosphere, clean and all staff are amazing. The Dentist, and Dental Assistants are intensive to your needs before, during and after your treatment. Communication over the phone, email and even text are comfort, and easy. Love that they send out reminders for those that need it, I know I'm forgetful. Overall experience was superb.
Saw Dr.Huisman today for my father's dental issues. It was his first visit to a dental clinic in Canada and he was impressed how well the staff was patient with him. They helped him in the way he wished his dental treatment should go but took the time to explain to him what could be required in the future. The staff is Excellent as always and KUDOS 👏 💐 to the team!! They all make this a wonderful experience!
Nothing short of an amazing experience! I know I know - it's a dental appointment how great could it be!? Sutherland Dental in not my current dental office (wink wink may just be going forward) but I had a tooth emergency and my own dental office wasn't able to see me until the following week for what I needed. I personally know one of the dental hygienist and gave her a call to see if by some miracle she and Sutherland Dental could help me out....bam!
