Always Always, have a excellent experience with Dr.Moss & Staff! We even have a few laughs during my appts. Imagine chuckling & talking while your mouth is wide open (with that contraption) ! Assistant & Dr Moss always checking in, during procedure, asking if I need a break & if I'm ok. AND they are as gentle as possible, often asking if I need a break. Always great service. The front office is always smiling and helpful. The doctors and hygienists provide excellent service and advice. They offer a very flexible appointment schedule. 3 thumbs up!
The administrative staff were very helpful and quickly and easily adjusted my benefit information. When it was time to pay, their professionalism shone and their information was most helpful. The Dental Hygienist who cleaned my teeth was exceedingly gentle, cheerful, professional, skilled and kept me fully informed the entire time, ensuring that my next appointment was scheduled prior to my leaving. Highly recommended.
Got my wisdom teeth removed. Very friendly and helpful staff. Had some concerns and they were able ease my worries and did a quick check up free of charge which was wonderful
I have been looking for a dental office in the Waterloo Region for a while. I have bounced around a few offices and have not had the best experiences. Tall Pines was fantastic! They are also a great place for kids, especially if they are a bit nervous at the dentist. I highly recommend.
