You automatically feel at ease coming in here and Im an anxious person at the dentist. Dr. Moss and Dental Surgeon Dr. Mcintosh and nurse Sue are the best! Had my tooth extracted under sedation and it was my favourite dentist appointment ever. Cheryl at the front desk is so sweet, very positive energy and always on top of things. Highly recommend!
I have been going to Tall Pines for dental care for about 5 years now and I'm very happy with the care I receive. I'm a little nervous about going to the dentist and my teeth are sensitive. However, I've been able to tolerate my cleanings well and they take great care. They make good suggestions for me to follow to help keep my gums and teeth in good condition. Everyone I've interacted with are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Very happy with the care I receive at Tall Pines and highly recommend them!
I’ve been coming here since I was a kid. I now bring my son here too. This office is absolutely outstanding! Everyone is so helpful and friendly! They take the time to get to know you personally and engage with you genuinely during every visit. Great work! Great people! Highly recommend!!
I had an extremely disappointing experience with this dental clinic in Kitchener and would not recommend it to anyone. Honestly, if it were possible, I would not even give a single star. The only reason I selected one star is because there is no other option, and I wanted people to know how disappointed we were with the uncooperative behavior and attitude we experienced. I really appreciate Tall Pines Dental Centre in Kitchener. I have been a client there for many years. The hygienists and administrative staff are professional, courteous, friendly and do excellent work. The same goes for Dr. Moss.
