Always Always, have a excellent experience with Dr.Moss & Staff! We even have a few laughs during my appts. Imagine chuckling & talking while your mouth is wide open (with that contraption) ! Assistant & Dr Moss always checking in, during procedure, asking if I need a break & if I'm ok. AND they are as gentle as possible, often asking if I need a break. I have been looking for a dental office in the Waterloo Region for a while. I have bounced around a few offices and have not had the best experiences. Tall Pines was fantastic! They are also a great place for kids, especially if they are a bit nervous at the dentist. I highly recommend.
Dr. Sharma and Alicia did an amazing job taking care of my daughter while she got a filling. The procedure was painless, and they are gifted in working with children. Thank you for your continued exceptional care!
Always great service. The front office is always smiling and helpful. The doctors and hygienists provide excellent service and advice. They offer a very flexible appointment schedule. 3 thumbs up!
