Nice friendly staff. They are pretty accommodative if the gravity of the situation deserves so. My dental hygienist is super friendly and knows her job. My dentist always gives all the options with pros and cons without steering into a specific direction. Overall, would highly recommend.
I have been going to TechTown for almost 10 years and would highly recommend them. I hate the sound of getting my teeth scraped, and my hygienist Kaitlyn is so accommodating. I would highly recommend her for anyone who has dental anxiety or sensory issues with the dentist, as she is super kind, patient, and offers good workarounds to make sure you have a comfortable experience. Worst experience with this dental staff and office. Had a cleaning, the dental hygenist(cleaner) was in maternity and they needed to bring in a temp. She broke my wire while cleaning too hard with the pick. $400 for a new wire and no explanation on their choice of staff who can’t do a proper, simple cleaning. We’ve been charged when coverage was supposed to be used. I had a back molar removed when it should have been left, I feel Sellner sent me there to help a colleague out. Dr. Sellner is an excellent dentist, very friendly and explains procedures thoroughly without using too much jargon. Receptionists and dental hygienists are great too! Minimal time spent in waiting room and good communication.
Both the dentists here are wonderful! I've received very good care here. I cracked my tooth on a Friday evening and reached Doctor Sellner by text and he was very prompt in answering me and very thorough in his care of me. He has a very friendly and warm personality that puts you at ease in his chair. I feel well taken care of.
