I would like to say that this is a wonderful place. I have had my teeth cleaned and Carol the hygienist is wonderful. Carole and the front desk staff are nice and are always ready to give you a quote so you know what you are preparing to pay. Today I went in the have a filling replaced on a dead tooth..three years ago down a clinic down south where we lived put in a filling darker than the rest of my teeth. It looked awful and the southern clinic were pressuring me immediately after to get a veneer or cap on this dead tooth ... read more
The dentist there came up with a treatment plan for me that involved many tiny fillings. I didn't know better then so I went with it and it cost me a LOT. I then went and got a 2nd opinion (too late), the dentist told me these tiny cavities could have easily been remineralized instead. 🤦♀️ Not to mention that the bigger fillings were all off and made my floss shred, had overhangs, etc. I don't even think the hygienists ever probed my gums during exams 🤯. All the hygienist and front desk staff are lovely and the only reason I kept going back for so long. The dentist here is extremely rude and unprofessional towards his staff and patients. If you have thick skin and can handle his awful condescending comments/poor bedside manner than hes a great dentist. I was never scared of the dentist until I started going to this office.
The clinic is friendly and very clean. I am putting a one star review as for the few times I have been to this clinic, I overheard and see a lot of things..... 1. The dentist was very rude to the assistant and seems like he was rushing her, i remember he spoke to her in an unprofessional way and it shocked me! 2. The older lady at the front if I am not mistaken her name is Carol, always has a disgusted look on her face and cuts off the younger girl when she tried to answer mine and my partners questions. The office is clean and modern. They were excellent about answering my questions and ensured I had good information for making decisions. I would recommend this dental team to others.
