Everyone was super kind! The reception has been so patient and understanding with me. Very sincere and gentle exchanges. I was quite nervous going somewhere new as my previous dental experiences elsewhere locally often left me crying. So grateful for respectful interactions and communication from everyone working here. My fear of any dental procedures have not gone away no matter how old I get😬 But in Dr Mark Santana office I always felt well taking care of. He was amazing as always. Nash is getting comfortable more and more each time he visits the office. Marcy our hygienist is patient, kind, understanding and has a great sense of humour that helps with both my 6 yr old and 2 yr old sons.
