Had my cleaning today. It's always so inviting. The office is clean and modern. Everyone is friendly and welcoming, from the ladies at the front desk to the hygienists and of course Dr Santana. They all really love what they do and it shows! I used to be nervous and anxious when I had to go to the dentist but once I started going here that all went away!
There are so many wonderful things I could say about The Dental Office but I will simply say that from Amanda who took my initial call and offered such compassion, to Dr. Choubsaz who extracted my tooth and was so calm and reassuring, to the hygienists who so competently cared for me, this team is outstanding! A calm and relaxed environment and the friendly and kind staff, I could not be more pleased and thankful for the care I received. What a team! Thank-you so very much!
The culture of friendliness here makes every visit a great experience. This is a winning combination with the modern ultra-clean space. My teeth cleaning appointment today was top notch as always!
Excellent care as usual. Dr Mark Santana is an awesome dentist. He explains everything that he is going to do. And is so gentle and caring. The staff are all so friendly and very helpful. Thank you for being such a wonderful dentist for over 30 years.
I always enjoy my dental visits. Dr. Santana is a kind and compassionate person who always makes time for a friendly chat. Marci is by far my favourite hygienist who cares for my teeth and helps me keep on track. Thank you for your attention to detail!
