Everyone was super kind! The reception has been so patient and understanding with me. Very sincere and gentle exchanges. I was quite nervous going somewhere new as my previous dental experiences elsewhere locally often left me crying. So grateful for respectful interactions and communication from everyone working here. The dentist was very warm, welcoming and straightforward! Hygienist was an absolute sweet heart. Miigwech for seeing me !
My fear of any dental procedures have not gone away no matter how old I get😬 But in Dr Mark Santana office I always felt well taking care of. He was amazing as always. Payed attention to my reactions, made sure I’m comfortable. Made me calm and he fixed my crown that has been causing me issues He did a beautiful job! Thank you so much for all you do!!
Love this office! My hygienist was lovely! Although really busy they were able to fit me in for my initial appointment and my cleaning! I appreciated that they didn’t make things feel rushed and chaotic like my old dental office and they didn’t try to upsell me on services that I don’t want, such as a second set of braces when I’m happy with my smile!
Nash is getting comfortable more and more each time he visits the office. Marcy our hygienist is patient, kind, understanding and has a great sense of humour that helps with both my 6 yr old and 2 yr old sons.
Mark made my smile perfect! Appreciate his skills so much. My whole family comes here and we always have the best experience. The entire staff is considerate and friendly.
