Very welcoming right from the moment you step in the building. I have had a fear of the dentist for a very long time. This experience for me was top notch. I literally almost fell asleep in the chair. Can’t say enough good things about all the staff. Very professional, thorough and kind. Thank you The Dentist at Galway for an exceptional visit.
My oral hygienist, Kristen, was absolutely fantastic. It had been YEARS for me without a cleaning and she was so gentle and thorough and explained everything to me to help me understand what's going on in my mouth and reasons why. Highly recommend Dentists at Galway!
Omg! All the staff are amazing. I had some work done on my teeth today and the dentist and the dental assistant were joking together while doing my teeth. It is such a happy place. You know it is a great place to work. People that work there are happy and it shows. The dentist is amazing and does great work. They actually care about their patients and remember you and what’s going on in your life. You are a person not just a number. It is like a little family. Such a great place. 10 out of 10.
I was so impressed with the Dentist's At Galway, from getting an appointment within two days, too the professionalism of ALL the staff. I was nervous and embarrassed due to the lack of dental care I've had , however they made me feel very cared about. I can't express how great they made my experience there. I'm truly grateful and look forward to continuing any and all future dental needs at the Dentist's At Galway.
I had a cracked filling that happened the night before I traveled to St. John's. Luckily I called here and had an appointment the next morning at 0830. Staff were super friendly and I recieved my new filling with no issue. They direct billed both mine and my husband's insurance which was super convenient. This dental office is new and state of the art. I recommend 100%
