Legitimately Dr Patel is the best dentist I’ve ever had. I trust her implicitly. I’ve had traumatic experiences with other dentists so I was reluctant however after my first visit I knew I had found the one. She is approachable, easy to talk to and empathetic. Her care is gentle and thorough. She is lovely. Her hygienists and desk staff are wonderful. This city is fortunate to have her. I highly recommend her.
I have dental anxiety from a past traumatic experience, so going to the dentist has always been difficult for me. I’ve been seeing Dr Patel for the past three years, and she is truly the best dentist I’ve ever had. She is very gentle, takes the time to explain things clearly, and never makes you feel rushed or bad about your teeth or your fears. I had an excellent experience @ The Dentist @ thickwood dental clinic. I came in for a tooth filling, a root canal, and a cleaning, and the entire process was smooth and completely pain-free. Dr kaur was incredibly friendly and made sure I felt comfortable at every step. The staff was welcoming, the environment was clean, and I never felt rushed or anxious. I’m really impressed with the quality of care and professionalism here — highly recommended!
I always enjoyed my experience with The Dentists @ Thickwood. They are open later on week days as well as on Saturday which is better suited for my schedule. Also, it's not too bad of a wait list to get in. The only downfall is that the wait time can be a bit long. I've waited 20 minutes in the waiting room before being admitted to a room. Other than that, they are absolutely amazing and I would recommend them to friends and family.
