I have dental anxiety from a past traumatic experience, so going to the dentist has always been difficult for me. I’ve been seeing Dr Patel for the past three years, and she is truly the best dentist I’ve ever had. She is very gentle, takes the time to explain things clearly, and never makes you feel rushed or bad about your teeth or your fears. Legitimately Dr Patel is the best dentist I’ve ever had. I trust her implicitly. I’ve had traumatic experiences with other dentists so I was reluctant however after my first visit I knew I had found the one. She is approachable, easy to talk to and empathetic. Her care is gentle and thorough. She is lovely. Her hygienists and desk staff are wonderful. This city is fortunate to have her. I highly recommend her.

I had an excellent experience @ The Dentist @ thickwood dental clinic. I came in for a tooth filling, a root canal, and a cleaning, and the entire process was smooth and completely pain-free. Dr kaur was incredibly friendly and made sure I felt comfortable at every step. The staff was welcoming, the environment was clean, and I never felt rushed or anxious. I’m really impressed with the quality of care and professionalism here — highly recommended!

Dr. Patel and the staff at Dentists @ Thickwood are truly angels in disguise. We usually see a different dentist in town, and today when my husband suffered from a dental emergency they were unable to fit him in for an emergency. The assistants at Thickwood answered my call first thing this morning and got us in right away for the emergency. They were able to solve the problem on the spot with a dental procedure and follow up meds. Thank you so much for saving him from further pain and the risk of an infection spreading ... read more

I have major dental anxiety, as I’m sure most do, and not only do I tend to break teeth on the norm but I also don’t do well with metabolizing injections. The doctors have gone above and beyond with their kindness (I won’t publically mention because others may abuse their kindness), and their staff and hygienists are friendly and professional. I appreciate them gentle care and incredible patience with someone like me. Thank you!
