I've been going to The Dentist At Thickwood since I moved to Fort McMurray, and every visit has been exceptional. I recently had dental implants done, and my appointment yesterday went as smoothly as promised. The entire team is warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. The doctors take the time to explain everything clearly, making sure you're comfortable and well-informed. We just left this office and had the best experience. Our children was scared at first but everyone in the office showed them compassion and was very patient with all of us. My daughter was very scared for her first filling but Dr. Patel and Eunice did their best to be gentle. Everyone in the office was just amazing. Definitely recommend this Dental office for everyone, especially if you suffer from anxiety like my husband and I do. I've been to at least 5 dentists in town and this place is my favorite by far. Dr. Patel was able to get me in last minute on a weekend, replying to my message by texting me at like 8 pm. She is so knowledgeable and lovely, I don't worry about any bullshit with her. I also had an amazing dental hygienist, Michelle who was incredibly kind, gave me solid advice, made me feel so seen, made it work for my budget. You guys are awesome!!
I can’t express how grateful I am for visiting. Rita and her staff took special care of my daughter when visiting during an emergency apt. I am beyond thankful. Highly recommend this place. Again, thank you so much for going out of your way.
I have major anxiety and just even getting myself to a dentist and staying there can be a struggle. Today I needed a decaying tooth extracted after having an infection in my mouth. I knew I had to get there and stay until the tooth was out. Well....it was one of the most pleasant experiences I've ever had at any dental office.
