I can't say enough good things about The Dentists @ Thickwood! Our experience was amazing from start to finish. We were in a difficult situation with our insurance and were running out of time, but the team went above and beyond to help us. They took the time to understand our circumstances, submitted everything to our insurance promptly, and made the whole process so much less stressful. I was worried because they don’t have dental insurance because they only had a visitor visa, but Dr. Patel was so accommodating and kind, she helped us without hesitation and I also see how she treated her patients while we were waiting for our appointment. same goes for Armie, who has never faded no matter where she works, s... read more
It was wonderful. Staff were courteous and welcoming. Made me feel less anxious. The procedure was done with precision. I would like to add that Dr Kaur and her assistants were awesome. BIG shout out to Michelle for the awesome cleaning and recommendations.

She made sure that I was comfortable in the waiting room and then followed up after my dental work to make sure I was happy with everything. I would say the same about Dr. Kaur. She made sure I was comfortable and happy with how things felt and looked the entire time. She was so gentle and reassuring. The dental assistant was also very friendly and kind. Even though visiting the dentist is not my favourite place ... read more
Great doctors, excellent hygienists, and wonderful reception staff—especially Armie and Dale. The service is always friendly, professional, and welcoming. I would happily recommend them anytime. They even make going to the dentist something to smile about—and that’s saying a lot! 😁
