Tamara is my hygienist, and she’s always calm, attentive, and makes sure I’m comfortable throughout my visit. The front office team is friendly, social, and very sweet, which makes every appointment a pleasant experience. I don’t recall my dentist’s name, but he did an excellent job with clear instructions and in removing my wisdom teeth. This is truly my number one choice for dentistry.
I had an excellent experience at this dental clinic! The entire staff was professional, caring, and extremely kind. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at ease. Everything was clearly explained, and the care was gentle and precise. I’m truly happy to have finally found a dentist who listens and is highly competent. I had my dental hygiene appointment today with Tamara, and she was absolutely wonderful! She did a great job, was very patient, and had such a warm and positive attitude that made the whole experience very comfortable. The front desk staff are also super friendly and welcoming. They speak both English and Farsi fluently, which is incredibly helpful for anyone who might have language barriers. Highly recommend this clinic!
Came here for a dental cleaning, Tamara was so great and provided a thorough but very gentle cleaning. She was knowledgeable and provided information on possible sedation options, Invisalign (and got me a quick consult for this in the spot!), and how to perfect my dental hygiene routine. The clinic itself was clean and offered privacy while still feeling open, all other staff I interacted with were kind as well! I would definitely come back to this clinic
I can’t say enough good things about Downtown Dental. The front staff are amazing. They’ve always found a way to fit me in and make scheduling so easy. My hygienist is caring and detailed, and the dentist takes the time to explain everything and really makes sure I’m comfortable. You can tell this team genuinely cares about their patients, and that’s rare. If you’re looking for a dentist in Ottawa, this is the place to go!
