We just moved to Welland and had our first visit at the Pines. The staff were absolutely incredible and it was a perfect fit for our toddlers. They had a wonderful play area, sugar free lollipops, and an awesome toy bin for the children to choose from. We are so impressed with this office and the entire staff we are super happy.
Dr Papena and his team are all amazing. They always treat you kindness and respect. They are all very gentle!! The girls at the front desk are lovely as well. Very friendly and informative!! I woukd recommend Pines Dental office to everyone!! 💜
If you're anxious about going to the dentist I can 1000% recommend Pines dental they are so friendly and understanding I'm so happy they are my new dental office I don't mind attending appointments since they have options that work with me
The staff and the Dentist and my Dental Hygienist were great. My son had a good experience. Booking a schedule is not complicated and staff are accommodating as well.
I love Dr. P he is probably the best dentist I’ve ever been to. He is the kindest and gentle dentist I’ve been to. I experienced trauma as a child from a dentist and he has worked with me so patiently through my trauma and I trust him 100% I don’t think I could go to another dentist but he’s amazing.
