Had some work done for my daughter who is 4 years old last week. The staff there are top notch. Dr Dave and his staff are patient and professional. They ensured her comfort and were very clear on what and how they were going to conduct the procedure. They took great care in making sure she was in no discomfort and did an excellent job all the while. Ive been going here since i first had teeth with Dr Bodo 35 years ago. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Dave and his staff at The Pines.
Pines dental. I'd rate this dental office a 10 out of 10. Kind, very knowledgeable and extremely reliable. They have taken care of my and my wife's teeth for a couple of years now. I've never had a better dental office ever! Hats off to you for an excellent job every time.
David Pampena and his team of hygienists are perfect in every sense and tend to take care of you and spend those additional minutes in understanding your problem and answering them. They are well supported by the team of office administrators who takes care of all the billing seamlessly.
During my TMJ exam Dr. Pampena completed a number of assessments and was very detailed in explaining everything he was doing. I left the appointment with a better understanding of my TMD issues. The patient focused attention made me feel valued and I am very confident that I will be receiving excellent treatment.
We have always had a great experience at The Pines Dental. Our most recent visit, the hygienist even let my 4 yr old 'help' clean my teeth, showing and explaining to her each step of the process and answering ALL her excited questions with patience and in a way she understood.
