Dr. Pampena is wonderful. They are so accommodating, honest and upfront with everything. They have been able to squeeze me and my kids in for emergencies and trauma incidents without hesitation and the care received always leaves us feeling like we are truly being taken cared of and can rely on them. The atmosphere and location is great and all the staff and doctors do their best to make patients comfortable and well looked after.
Always a great experience at The Pines, with all staff and dentists personable and experience. Just returned from two cavity fillings and no discomfort during and after. They all work their best to ensure patients are comfortable during their procedure.
We just moved to Welland and had our first visit at the Pines. The staff were absolutely incredible and it was a perfect fit for our toddlers. They had a wonderful play area, sugar free lollipops, and an awesome toy bin for the children to choose from. We are so impressed with this office and the entire staff we are super happy.
I've had my hygienist since as long as I can remember. Childhood to adulthood. Dr. Pamp is great, accommodating, and makes the trip 👌 I always feel great after.
I did not even cry once. Not even a whimper, I'm so proud of myself. But I do miss the lolly pop reward for afterword. Seriously a great experience. Say what there was a lolly pop option? darn I missed t.
