From the Moment we walked in the door. Greeted by Veronica made us feel at ease & comfortable. Jasmine that took very good care of Diane & answered all our questions. Dr. Galvan also explained everything from the beginning of the process to the end. Let's not forget Erica who helped with scheduling & financing so can get her Smile Back. Visiting The Smile Institute was one of the best experiences I’ve had in a dental practice. Typically, I dislike visiting the dentist due to bad experiences. However, Dr. Galvan and his staff made me feel comfortable. Everything went smoothly and all of my concerns were addressed with care. I appreciate their excellent customer service. Dr. Galvan was straightforward and created the best treatment plan for my needs.
I have been seeing Dr. Galvan since 2013. I have a fear of dentist. He is always caring and professional and makes me feel I'm in good hands. His staff is like family. They make sure you know they care. If you need TLC this is the place to go.
