I set up an appointment for a second opinion for my mom after a series of unsatisfactory experiences with other dentists. I was immediately put at ease by Erika with her kind and very empathetic demeanor during the intake process. During my mom's visit, Dr. Galvez took time to listen to and validate my mom's concerns. He gave a thorough explanation of what he observed and made reasonable recommendations for next steps. Good day, once again, I had a great service at the smile Institute. Gaby is a wonderful professional and has knowledge, wisdom, and experience that I haven’t had in the last 17 years of getting dental service. I would recommend the smile Institute to anyone that wants great service, professionalism, knowledgeable people that can inform you of what’s best for you and then Carrie out the treatment to the point , that i think I fell asleep. Just an amazing group of professionals, with huge hearts…. I love visiting these folks, it’s like being with family. All are razor focused on their responsibilities to correct my smile, and advise, on my dental needs, while comfortably opening their hearts in order to comfort me. It doesn’t get any better than this, no matter what city, you’re in, across the country.
