I immediately felt comfortable talking to Erika over the phone. Upon my visit, the rest of the staff, especially Ashley who assisted me throughout my consultation, was very personable and professional. Outstanding Experience from Start to Finish! This clinic exceeded every expectation. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, clean, and welcoming—especially impressive for a dental office. The staff was warm and professional, instantly putting me at ease. Gabby, the hygienist, was exceptional. I came in, feeling anxious due to highly sensitive teeth, but she listened attentively and handled everything with such care and gentleness that made my nerves quickly faded. My Husband Edward just had his first consultation today and was very impressed with the professionalism of the Smile Institute. Great people and good information. He is still in the planning stages but looking forward to working things out. So far a great experience.
From the Moment we walked in the door. Greeted by Veronica made us feel at ease & comfortable. Jasmine that took very good care of Diane & answered all our questions. Dr. Galvan also explained everything from the beginning of the process to the end. Let's not forget Erica who helped with scheduling & financing so can get her Smile Back.
