My son had his first visit here yesterday and it was a great experience. The office was clean and comfortable and our appointment started on time. Taylor and Dr. Anna were amazing! They were patient, kind, and more than accommodating to my autistic son's needs. They were very thorough and explained everything very clearly which made us all feel very comfortable. I'm very glad that we chose this office and I highly recommend them!
My kids had an amazing experience! The staff was so kind and patient and really made sure my kids were involved in every step of the process! They are excited to go back in 6 months and I feel like they are in great hands
This was my daughter’s first dental appt. and she was anxious, so was I. However, the staff at Smiling Turtle Dentistry went above and beyond to make sure she had a great experience. Their office is child friendly, clean, and professional. We will be back next week for our youngest daughter’s first dental appt. I’m so glad to have found a great pediatric dentistry office!
My children had to go in for some extensive dental surgery after having a background where their teeth were neglected. The personnel at the Wendell location were highly professional and good with the kids. Dr. Banakus was so sweet and had a genuine interest in ensuring that my children have good dental hygiene moving forward. Only reason I didn't rate it a 5 star would be because of the lengthy wait times for surgery/sedated appointments, but I guess that just shows how many other families trust them as well.
They've made patents for life with my boys both are ASD/ADHD and they were kind patient understanding and got the job done. SUPER accommodating from the dentist to the assistant and office staff. We are very happy with our experience.
