This is an exceptional dental practice. Staff and all dentists and dental assistants:hygienists are so friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Every experience I’ve had at this office, including with Dr. Dells Summers (retired), has been fantastic. Highly recommend them.
Broke a tooth and they fit me in right away and did a temporary fix. Pain stopped right after. Great service from the front desk, assistant, and dentist. Would highly recommend this office!
We were traveling between Vancouver and Kamloops from the US and my crown came off. We called and left a message with Thompson River Dental, they returned our call and made an appointment just as we arrived in town. The other 4 dental practices we called we not interested in helping us. I saw Dr. Sangha within a few minutes from arriving. I found Thompson River Dental to have excellent service, a caring attitude, a high degree of willingness to accommodate my wishes (rather than just recommending the most elaborate and expensive treatment), and best of all, really good painless dentistry. I'm new to the Kamloops area and I'm delighted to have found a dentist I can trust.
Who knew you could get a filling for receding gums. Thank you Dr. Sayafi for the recommendation. I don’t freeze well and get anxious but Caitlyn and Dr. Sayafi were so good to me and gave me extra freezing before they did their work. I really appreciate how calming and understanding they both were. I still have one more filling with lots of freezing again but I know I’m in good hands with these ladies.
