Super impressed with my experiences at this clinic! I’ve tried to book with other dentist offices in Kamloops for them to have long month long wait time for an appointment or cancel on me day of. Thompson River Dental was quick to schedule my appointments, had clear communication and notification reminders and lovely staff that was so kind to myself and my toddler! I am horrified about going to dentist. Not anymore, this place is amazing, made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked into.the office, untill the moment I left. Nothing about my experience was horrible, I went in thinking I was losing my teeth due too how horrible l they were. Apparently they were not as bad as I thought, they were saveable. Staff and Dentist...AMAZING
Good all round experience all round. I had a crown from. Another dentist office that was bothering my mouth and the dentist listened to my issue and did what it took to adjust the crown and for that I am grateful.
Wonderful dentist office, been going here for years when it was Della and the experience has never changed. Highly recommend.
