This is an exceptional dental practice. Staff and all dentists and dental assistants:hygienists are so friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Every experience I’ve had at this office, including with Dr. Dells Summers (retired), has been fantastic. Highly recommend them.
Absolutely the best dental office I have ever been to. I have lived in Kamloops my entire 46 years and have had good and bad experiences. My son has/had severe anxiety around dentists due to other experiences elsewhere, not here though, not once. They also corrected some poor work done on my teeth from another office right away. They have managed to make rather invasive procedures far easier than I have ever experienced before. I have had some bad experiences with dentists in the past but Dr.Sunny and his staff managed to handle that fear and put me at ease in very short order. Can’t say enough good things about my experiences at this office, but the massage chair is a fantastic touch!
Very caring staff. Became ligh headed during appointment and dentist took my blood pressure and it was very high. She was concerned and suggested that I go to hospital. Went to hospital and staff checked on me to see if I was OK.
I found Thompson River Dental to have excellent service, a caring attitude, a high degree of willingness to accommodate my wishes (rather than just recommending the most elaborate and expensive treatment), and best of all, really good painless dentistry. I'm new to the Kamloops area and I'm delighted to have found a dentist I can trust.
