I was looking for a new dentist last fall and came across Thompson River Dental. I was very impressed with the staff, the service and the location from my first appointment. The all female staff are welcoming, friendly and professional. The service provided is timely and efficient..I've never had to wait. The atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing. Quite honestly, its probably the best dental experience Ive ever been to and I will continue to go. I highly recommend their services.
Thompson Rivers Dental is absolutely amazing! The staff are incredibly friendly, caring, and always go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warm smiles and genuine kindness. The dentists and hygienists are professional, patient, and take the time to explain everything clearly. I am horrified about going to dentist. Not anymore, this place is amazing, made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked into.the office, untill the moment I left. Nothing about my experience was horrible, I went in thinking I was losing my teeth due too how horrible l they were. Apparently they were not as bad as I thought, they were saveable. Staff and Dentist...AMAZING
Super impressed with my experiences at this clinic! I’ve tried to book with other dentist offices in Kamloops for them to have long month long wait time for an appointment or cancel on me day of. Thompson River Dental was quick to schedule my appointments, had clear communication and notification reminders and lovely staff that was so kind to myself and my toddler!
