Super impressed with my experiences at this clinic! I’ve tried to book with other dentist offices in Kamloops for them to have long month long wait time for an appointment or cancel on me day of. Thompson River Dental was quick to schedule my appointments, had clear communication and notification reminders and lovely staff that was so kind to myself and my toddler! I hadn’t been to the dentist in almost ten years because of a very bad experience in the past. Recently, I noticed that my teeth were in rough shape and knew it was time to face my fears. Thankfully, I found an amazing clinic that has been so accommodating! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was kind and welcoming. Jeanie is an excellent dental hygienist. She is very thorough with the sanitation of all her equipment and instruments, which makes me feel confident that my health and safety are always protected. She is also incredibly gentle and attentive—never resting her wrists on my face while cleaning my teeth, which I really appreciate. Her professionalism and care make this visit comfortable and reassuring.
