Been with Dr. Kaplan & Mary since I came to Canada (1993)… they’re awesome & wonderful people. All the staff are very nice, accommodating & very friendly. Mary is not only my hygienist but my kids too(3). She’s not just our hygienist but a friend too. 🥰🥰🥰

Dr. Afrim is an excellent doctor. I went to other dentists for a long time but definitely didn't get good results. I have a fear of dentists, and then I wanted to try Thorncliffe. I explained my problems, and I overcame my fear of dentists. He does such proper fillings, and I haven't had any pain since. I recommend Dr. Afrim and his assistant to everyone. Thank you, Dr. Afrim.

I recently got Thorncliffe Dental Centre. I would like to especially thank Dr. Steven Rosenbaum for his taking such great care of me during the filling. His working way is very gentle and polite with patient. And staff are also friendly and polite.

I had a horrible experience the other night. I came in for an emergency orthodontist appointment. They had me waiting over 25 minutes past my scheduled appointment. They orthodontist charged me a consultation fee on-top of the fee for getting the emergency work done. Which is shameful, considering I'm a faithful patient for over 25 years at this dental clinic. They had me wait for an additional 25 minutes after my appointment to get my fee breakdown. They did not give me a line by line breakdown of what I was being charged ... read more

Everyone from the receptionists, dental assistants and doctors Thorncliff Dental centre are caring and attentive to the needs of your appointment. The atmosphere is very positive and the quality of the appointment is excellent. Will continue to go to this dental centre in the far off future.
