The dentist and staff were professional, kind, and attentive. The procedure was handled carefully, and everything was explained in a clear and reassuring way. Pain management and after-care instructions were provided well. Overall, I had a positive experience and felt comfortable throughout the appointment.

The Thorncliffe dental clinic is top-notch. The front desk staff is friendly, welcoming, and warm. Despite living far away, I make the effort to travel to this clinic because of the excellent service. I usually see Dr. Sonya Furer, Farina, and Susan, who are all skilled, caring, and compassionate professionals. They provide great advice and care. I have seen Dr Ahferom and Dr Furer and several hygienists here. My son also receives treatment from Thorncliffe dental. I’m glad I switched dentists over to Thorncliffe dental. They’re usually great about getting me in promptly especially recently for a broken tooth. Dr Ahferom is very personable and down to earth and my recent experience with Dr Furer was also pleasant. Been with Dr. Kaplan & Mary since I came to Canada (1993)… they’re awesome & wonderful people. All the staff are very nice, accommodating & very friendly. Mary is not only my hygienist but my kids too(3). She’s not just our hygienist but a friend too. 🥰🥰🥰

Dr. Afrim is an excellent doctor. I went to other dentists for a long time but definitely didn't get good results. I have a fear of dentists, and then I wanted to try Thorncliffe. I explained my problems, and I overcame my fear of dentists. He does such proper fillings, and I haven't had any pain since. I recommend Dr. Afrim and his assistant to everyone. Thank you, Dr. Afrim.
