I have had great experiences at Thorncliffe and I trust them with my dental needs! The receptionists are very friendly and professional and are very good at answering your questions. The doctors as well are professional and I haven’t had any issues with any recommended treatment. Highly recommend!

I have been coming here for about 7 years now and it’s always a pleasant experience. The front desk staff are always welcoming, helpful, and friendly. The dentists and hygienists I have seen are professional and caring and really put you at ease.

I’m done with this clinic. I’ve been coming here for years and I’m fed up with how rude and passive aggressive the receptionists are. I called once way ahead of time to change a cleaning appointment and the woman kept trying to put me with a different hygienist after I repeatedly told her I wanted to stick with Humira . She was absolutely snarky and rude and then said there wasn’t another appointment until a month out (yeah ok). Then my first time forgetting about an appointment happened the other day. Thorncliffe Dental Centre is a great office with attentive and friendly staff. Dr. Khalid Hossain is especially helpful and always provides excellent service.

"I had a frustrating experience at this dental clinic. Not only was I charged more than what was initially quoted, but the staff kept asking for additional payments throughout my visit. It felt unprofessional and left me questioning the transparency of their pricing. I expected to be informed upfront about all costs, but instead, it felt like a constant money grab. I won’t be coming back and can’t recommend this clinic to others."
