At first, I came for a consultation and was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of the staff. The service, quality of work and attitude to customers here are at a high level. I highly recommend this Dental Clinic to anyone in Central Alberta. Dr Preetie was professional, and extremely competent and compassionate in her care. Lynn, the Dental Hygienist, did the best cleaning that I have ever had; and she patiently explained every procedure and took time to answer all of my questions. She was a delight. To top it all off, the front desk staff went above and beyond to help with forms and paperwork. Going to Three Hills was well worth the drive.
I was happy with my visit. Everyone is friendly and informative. The dentist was very thorough and did an excellent job!! I will definitely be back.
Michael is worth his weight in whatever is the most expensive material on this earth. Seriously. He made me feel comfortable, explained what was going to happen, answered all my questions and we laughed a lot. He was gentle with my cleaning, put some water in the side of my mouth so I could rinse instead of using the regular equipment because he respected the fact that I had sensitive teeth.
