I had a broken tooth extracted by Dr. Sweet yesterday at Thunderbird Dental Studios. Every one, from start to finish, was very professional and put me at ease. Louis and Jackie did a wonderful job of checking me in and helping me with paperwork. Dr. Sweet and assistant were also wonderful in getting me set up and taking out my broken tooth and sutchering me up. This was all done in about an hour. You will have me as a regular customer, Lord willing!"
The customer service is immaculate. Everyone is was so friendly and professional. The dentist was extremely thorough and explained every step of the process. The dental assistant and dental hygienist were incredibly patient and kind. From Luis at the front desk to the dentist I experienced the best service ever. I would recommend this dental office to EVERYONE.
I would not recommend this place at all. Their communication is horrendous! First, they have to schedule an initial appointment to be seen by the dentists at all, which was not properly communicated when I scheduled the appointment. Second, they won't clean them when they first see you so then you have to schedule another appointment to take more time off to do. Then, if you have cavities, then it takes 2 weeks to actually get them done, which is mind blowing. Lastly, if you need to discuss your bill, then it takes 2-6 month... read more
Dr Sweet is the best dentist I have ever been to. He is very professional and knowledgeable and does very good painless work. I would recommend to everyone possible.
