If you are looking for a positive dentist experience then go to Thunderbird Dental. I have been coming here for about 2 years now. Jackie, the office manager is amazing. She listens, genuinely cares about your experience and provides you with information needed to make informed decisions about your dental care. This place is horrible and will try their best to scam you anyway possible. I had perfect teeth most of my life and rarely ever got cavities all throughout my childhood. I started going to this place around 2 years ago and every time I went for a “checkup” they would point out random shadings and call them cavities (keep in mind I drink coffee practically everyday) and persuade me to get them taken care of as soon as possible. I had a broken tooth extracted by Dr. Sweet yesterday at Thunderbird Dental Studios. Every one, from start to finish, was very professional and put me at ease. Louis and Jackie did a wonderful job of checking me in and helping me with paperwork. Dr. Sweet and assistant were also wonderful in getting me set up and taking out my broken tooth and sutchering me up. This was all done in about an hour. You will have me as a regular customer, Lord willing!"

I brought a family member here on Medicare to get some dental work done. After specifically mentioning that he doesn't have the capability to pay outside of whatever is covered by Medicare, I was assured that they would not bill anything additional without our approval. Except that we got a bill from them and they refused to do anything about it. As expected, they blamed us and claimed that they did not know that he had x-rays done prior to coming in.
