A very positive experience which is a significant statement from someone who typically experiences a physical trama from dental work. All staff were friendly. Dental technician was very competent, and she and Dr Tsu worked very well in unison. Dr Tsu is excellent and one of my top 2 preferred and valued dentists. The other being Dr Pon now retired and a previous mentor Dr Tsu trained with. Staff is very freindly and professional i felt comfortable and relaxed. I had a very difficult molar removed and Dr.Hsu handled it very gently and i felt zero pain. I look forward to my next visit ( who says that ) i would definatly recommend anyone looking for a new place to get your dental done go to Timber Ridge Dental you wont regret it
Very friendly staff: front desk, hygienists and dentist! Great communication throughout my cleaning of what they saw and were happy to answer any questions. First time here as I recently moved to town and they were on par with my excellent dentist back home. Will be sticking with them!
What an incredible experience! It had been a while since I paid a visit to the dentist and I admittedly felt a little nervous going in. The whole team made me feel super comfortable and my hygienist, April, was great! Highly recommend!
The staff at Timber Ridge welcomed me as a new client with very thoughtful and friendly service. They are very genuine in building relationships with their patients and incredibly knowledgeable. During my initial visit, I felt well informed, I was given lots of treatment options and provided solutions by priority and what works for me. I definitely got the impression that it's a whole team effort and very family oriented. I left feeling valued and maybe (just maybe) it will inspire me to floss more regularly!😊
