I recently went in for a tooth removal surgery, and the experience was much smoother and more comfortable than I expected. From the moment I arrived, the staff made sure I felt calm and informed. The check-in process was quick, and everyone was friendly and reassuring. The dentist explained the entire procedure beforehand—what they would do, how long it would take, and what I might feel. We recently visited this dental clinic for my daughter Sanjh’s first dental visit, and it was such a positive experience. Dr. Akhtar was very kind and made us feel comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to Aditi for patiently talking to my 3-year-old and helping her open her mouth. I would definitely recommend Timber Ridge to others.
When I arrived I was greeted with kindness and as a person. The last front desk staff of my previous dentist barely had time to look up to say hello. I was then greeted by another staff member with a smile and warm welcome. The hygienist I had does not work there permanently and that is to bad. She was kind, patient, and took the time to listen to my needs as dentist appointments cause me high anxiety and stress. This was my first visit and it made a very positive first impression.
This was my first time here. I had a great experience and will be back. The appointment was thorough and I didn’t feel any discomfort. Sandy did such a wonderful job at explaining what I was doing well and where I could work on improving. She was patient, detailed, and knowledgeable. I called 1030 am and said i had broken fillers and a buncha teeth that needs work, was in pain from the breakage. All of them were so accommodating, gentle and incredibly understanding, helpful and all around an incredible place to be at when you need help and nobody else will take you in.
