The staff at Timber Ridge welcomed me as a new client with very thoughtful and friendly service. They are very genuine in building relationships with their patients and incredibly knowledgeable. During my initial visit, I felt well informed, I was given lots of treatment options and provided solutions by priority and what works for me. I definitely got the impression that it's a whole team effort and very family oriented. I left feeling valued and maybe (just maybe) it will inspire me to floss more regularly!😊

The dental hygienist was really nice and took into account how I was feeling. The dentist was really nice even though I have a lot of problems with my teeth. I usually feel embarrassed by that, but today I wasn’t. Front reception staff were easy to talk to and they’re quick setting up appointments and getting billing solved. They also gave me an electric toothbrush :)

Since I arrived in timber ridge for emergency, they're kind and caring and thoughtful, right from my first emergency. As my last dentist was so aggressive, so I've bin frightened since. But being with timber ridge the staff was amazing, helped me through it and had a plan to help me get through my appointments. Very kind and polite and gentle. I was satisfied, thank you so much again.

Right from our first interaction, I was treated with respect and kindness. When I arrived for my appointment I was greeted by friendly faces. The appointment itself went smoothly. My experience overall was excellent.

Super friendly and efficient. They were pretty booked up but being on a cancelation list, I was in ridiculously quick. I felt kinda bad that my one tooth was soo stubborn to pull but they got it after a bit... Luckily no Final destination incidents so a forsure 100% 5 stars ✨️
