Dr. Bowles was remarkably thorough in his discussion with me about options for addressing my concerns. As consultations go, this was extraordinary. I look forward to following up with him as I continue to have TRD provide for my ongoing dental care.
I would like to give a good recommendation for the service but I ultimately cannot do that. I had changed to this dental office with my entire family to have a better service than the previous office we were at. I feel very disappointed on how they are doing services without authorization because they did a service on me for maintenance and they did not ask for authorization or did not bother to tell me. We had to coordinate a lot of transportation issues for my son to get to the appointment and Jewel was an absolute godsend in helping to arrange that. I cannot thank her enough. Dr. May makes my son very comfortable and is very good at explaining what needs to be done and why and he takes the time to engage with the patient. I love this dental practice!
This is the absolutely best dental office in the Heber Valley. Every person in this office makes it a pleasant experience. I’ve had a lot of work done recently and each one of them has made the experiences easier from the front office people to the hygienists to the assistants and the dentists both Dr Mays and Dr Boles. Dr. May is great! He made me laugh at the dentist which is a first 😅 You can tell by the way the team interacts with each other that they have a good work environment. I am happy with my care there!
