So glad I found this dentist office! Everyone who works here is kind and always takes the time to educate me. I had an infection in my tooth for 7 years and 3 other dentists over the years just kept filing away at other teeth (bite adjustment after bite adjustment). Then I came here and Dr. Phil was able to take my tooth pain seriously and set me up with a specialist and I can finally use the left side of my mouth again after 7 years of not being able to. Dr. Phil and staff are phenomenal! I am not one to like going to the Dentist but Dr. Phil is super personable, patient, communicative and puts one at ease as he explains things, gives you the options and builds trust as he doesn't push doing work that doesn't need to be done. Timberlands Dental Care Red Deer was recommended to me by MANY people. I am highly anxious around dental procedures and even though I know it’s irrational, it’s hard to stop. Doctor Logan and all his staff welcomed me, made sure I was okay for the entire duration, let me bring my comfort items to help keep me calm and walked me through every step- no surpises. I really appreciate everything they did to make me feel okay and will be back!
Was referred to this place by my sister, and it did not disappoint 👏. Took my daughter to her to get a tooth pulled, she was so scared and they made it a completely relaxed, calm experience for her. I absolutely would recommend this place, everyone was so welcoming and lovely.
