Logan did an amazing job. Very pleasant experience. And yes I am still talking about a visit to the dentist. Everyone was very professional but with a comfortable laid back attitude. Job was done quick and efficient and advise on my questions was very common sense towards a positive solution. All the staff were very helpful from the reception to the Dental Assistant. Highly recommend Timberland Dental.
The staff are very friendly and helpful, my appt was at 11:00am and I was in on time! I forgot the young lady who did my cleaning, but she made me feel comfortable (I’m one of those people who doesn’t like going to the dental office) and she did an awesome job! Highly recommended!
This team is one of the best I’ve ever seen. Dr. Henriksen makes any and every task seem effortless. The team is shares the same precision whether they are at the front desk or assisting. Grade A every time!
Dr. Phil and staff did an incredible team effort in providing me with a dental ‘Bridge’. I have been blessed with good teeth and haven’t had dental procedures done to this extent before so I really appreciated Dr. Phil’s confidence and experience during the prep work which included needles which terrify me. He even got me through those with ease. I highly recommend Timberlands Dental, Red Deer, AB. And the bridge feels so natural. Can’t even tell it’s there.
Dr Logan and his assistant, April actually made my root canal experience enjoyable. As a retired teacher, I always question everything that’s going on around me. That was impossible with a mouthful of appliances but Dr. Logan seemed to anticipate my questions and gave full explanations during the entire process.
