Logan did an amazing job. Very pleasant experience. And yes I am still talking about a visit to the dentist. Everyone was very professional but with a comfortable laid back attitude. Job was done quick and efficient and advise on my questions was very common sense towards a positive solution. All the staff were very helpful from the reception to the Dental Assistant. Highly recommend Timberland Dental.
Dr Logan and his assistant, April actually made my root canal experience enjoyable. As a retired teacher, I always question everything that’s going on around me. That was impossible with a mouthful of appliances but Dr. Logan seemed to anticipate my questions and gave full explanations during the entire process. Dr. Phil and staff did an incredible team effort in providing me with a dental ‘Bridge’. I have been blessed with good teeth and haven’t had dental procedures done to this extent before so I really appreciated Dr. Phil’s confidence and experience during the prep work which included needles which terrify me. He even got me through those with ease. I highly recommend Timberlands Dental, Red Deer, AB. And the bridge feels so natural. Can’t even tell it’s there.
Very Professional and friendly staff. Dr. Logan made my son feel comfortable despite being nervous. He gave honest options for care. Clean and inviting facility.
Great experience as a new client. Staff were friendly from front desk to in the chair. All the paperwork handled easily and trouble free. Highly recommend to going to see these folks.
