I was thoroughly impressed with this dental office. I just moved here and broke a tooth. I was immediately met with compassion by the receptionist. The office is cheery and cohesive. The assistant and dentist were calm, very experienced and knowledgeable. They paid attention to detail. It was one of the best dental experiences I’ve had. I even remarked that it felt like a spa visit as I was given a warm blanket and my chin and neck wrapped in a towel with a cloth offered afterward with essential oils to wash my face. The staff are some of my most favourite people ever. They are all wonderful and excellent at what they do. Dr Alex is very thorough and explains everything step by step. I always leave happy
As someone who struggles with anxiety and avoids the dentist I was very appreciative of the care that was taken into my first attempt at sedation. I felt safe and of course was quite nervous at the start but the staff and Drs made sure I felt comfortable and that truly ment the world to me.
I needed an emergency dental appointment, and this place didn’t hesitate to fit me in. The staff here are incredibly friendly, from the receptionists to the dentist. Thank you so much for your help! I’m actually making this my primary dental office now. I’m very impressed and left the location happy. 5/5!
