What a wonderful experience for a toddler- the waiting room is welcoming for toddlers with toys and a movie playing. The front desk staff were kind and helpful. My child's first dental experience was a breeze with doctor Mel. He was great with my child and also very helpful with tips on how to get a toddlers teeth brushed, without getting biten!
The dental assistant and reception ladies were wonderful, but my daughter's experience was traumatic. She is 3 and was crying, coughing and choking. Instead of taking a moment to let her regulate she was told by the dentist quite sternly to stop because she's just making it worse and she's going to puke. As a dentist of toddlers you should understand that the logic part of her brain is nowhere close to formed and being told to stop like that will never help. Absolutely fantastic. Our toddler did so well here. The atmostphere is great. Dr. Hamideh has a wonderful way with our daughter, I'm sure our daughter will actually look forward to going to the dentist now.
They were fantastic with our daughter! I'd never take my kids to another dentist now!
Efficient, friendly and accommodating service for both of my littles. It’s a lovely atmosphere for my toddlers. Definitely recommend.
