Dr Wid and her staff are the best! Beginning in November 2024 I started having issues with a molar. This led to a root canal, but after continued pain, I had an adjacent cavity filled. My old dental office filled the cavity, but failed to do it properly or diagnose the root of the issue over FOUR separate appointments to re-do the cavity. Disappointing service regarding phone calls. Both my wife and I use this dental clinic, and we both try calling separately, but it is almost impossible to reach anyone at the front desk. Even when we leave a voicemail, the response time is extremely slow. We are left waiting for a very long time without any follow-up. Update: I’m editing my previous review because the clinic truly listened to my concerns. I had another wonderful experience yesterday at Tooth Harmony. Dr Wid performed some amazing work on me again. She has completely done amazing dental work on me for the past two years and I can honestly say that she is the most professional, caring and sensitive towards patients needs. She is by far the best Dentist I have ever had. Her staff are kind and very accommodating always finding appointment times to work with my schedule. Wonderful people.❤️them .
