Had my first visit at Toothcrew for an emergency. Great professional and kind staff. Having bad anxiety with dentists, they were calm and took it slow. Being part of the new government dental program was a huge help with the final bill. Easy checkout. They take care all billing. Highly recommend!
I had an excellent experience with Toothcrew. The staff was outstanding and made the wait for my appointment very pleasant. Throughout the procedure, the communication was clear and informative—they took the time to explain the issues I had and show what they were speaking about, which I really appreciated. The work done was spectacular, and they even checked in on how my jaw was doing with it being open for so long. Highly recommend!
My Toothcrew experience was Fantastic! From the beginning, Amber, their Administrator was helpful & friendly and even got me in early because I was experiencing discomfort, Dr Randhawa is so gentle I fell asleep...during a Root Canal!! All the latest tech, and the Dental Assistant was very friendly and attentive too! They dealt with billing my benefit provider so start to finish an absolutely great experience! Thank you Toothcrew!!
I moved from Edmonton and was looking for a local dentist and asked around my work and Toothcrew was recommended highly. The office is nice and quiet, well appointed waiting room. Dr. Simar Randhawa is amazing. Explained the processes well and provided insight on dental care. I definitely would recommend this office.
