We’ve been bringing our 7‑year‑old daughter to Toothcrew Family Dental and our experience has been absolutely wonderful. Dr. Simar Randhawa is gentle, patient, and truly excellent with children. She takes the time to explain everything and makes sure our daughter feels comfortable and relaxed during every visit. You can really tell she cares about her patients. Sweet little office located in Douglasdale, easy communication to set up appointments via texting, with quick replies and availability for appointments. If you're looking for an office that isn't too busy with other patients at the same time as your appt, this is the one. I had something come up last minute and it was easy to reschedule without them giving me a hard time (shoutout Kaitlyn). I had a great first experience at ToothCrew Family Dental! The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I also took my 20-month old here for her first check-up and everyone was incredibly patient and kind. It was obviously a new experience for her, but they tried to make it relaxed and fun and just made it work with her wiggling, etc.
I had severe tooth pain and fortunately ToothCrew family dental was able to fit me in same day ! The amazing staff handled my emergency with care, identified the issue quickly, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. Best emergency dental clinic! Highly recommend for anyone needing fast relief in Calgary.
