I have been a loyal customer of Toothworks Bay Adelaide Dental for several years now but today was the last straw. At the conclusion of my hygiene appointment, I was told that I was being charged for a doctor exam which I never requested or authorized. On top of that, they were going to charge me for additional scaling units despite starting 15 mins late and then taking a few minute break in between to do some admin. Simply amazing!! Wonderful and friendly staff who provide great service. Dr. Singh explains everything beforehand so you understand everything that is being done or needs to be done and is incredibly gentle. I never have any issues with pain or discomfort when being treated. Would definitely recommend to everyone!
