I have been a loyal customer of Toothworks Bay Adelaide Dental for several years now but today was the last straw. At the conclusion of my hygiene appointment, I was told that I was being charged for a doctor exam which I never requested or authorized. On top of that, they were going to charge me for additional scaling units despite starting 15 mins late and then taking a few minute break in between to do some admin.
