I have been a loyal customer of Toothworks Bay Adelaide Dental for several years now but today was the last straw. At the conclusion of my hygiene appointment, I was told that I was being charged for a doctor exam which I never requested or authorized. On top of that, they were going to charge me for additional scaling units despite starting 15 mins late and then taking a few minute break in between to do some admin. Considering a dentist appointment is the least exciting routine for me, this clinic has been made my way to the appointments worriless. The trust has been built from the very first appointment. My dentist is very gentle and kind. The constant update of each step during my procedure made me feel more relaxed.
