I had gone to this location for 4 years since 2020 for dental hygiene cleaning. Unfortunately, the quality of service has been maddeningly inconsistent. I believe I have seen no less than 6 different dental hygienists in my time at this place, and they have all done things differently. My issue was with my latest cleaning in June 2024 with a hygienist I had not seen previously. He was much too careful with the cleaning, probably afraid of accidentally causing discomfort and pain. Dr Singh is fantastic. Intelligent, thoughtful, and explains everything he does with patience and in a way that's not the least bit condescending. He meets you at your own level. I cannot say enough good things about him.
I had Jackie as my dental hygienist and she was amazing! She took the time to explain my concerns and what to do to keep my teeth healthy in a way that made me understand the reasoning. She even gave me a lesson on proper flossing technique and recommended a good toothpaste. Jackie really went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you!!
Thank you so very much Dr Brown for helping my son. He kept me up all night and was crying because he was rejected by a different specialist. My child was frightened that he would be rejected again. I was very very concerned and I honestly came across as overly protective and judgmental. I’m truly sorry for that. Dr Brown is so well skilled in her career and she is wonderful with children with special needs. Her ability to take X-rays and figure out that he did not need a root canal and she was able to do a very thorough job... read more
Needed an emergency tooth filling, asked last minute and they found a spot for me right away! Receptionist and dental staff were both so kind and helpful. Would recommend BF Toothworks to anyone.
