Dr. Brown takes a practical approach to patient care with me and I appreciate her thorough examination and treatment (Oct 2025). Her 'human' touch is welcome too. I also appreciated the meticulous work of my hygienist, Amy, who explained what she was doing, did quite a lot of work below the gumline and yet caused very little discomfort. Nice work both and I'll be happy (insofar as one is every happy at the dentist) to be in their care again.
I've come to this location for cleanings, cavity's and exams and every experience has been very positive. They really take the time to listen to your concerns and work together to get to the absolute best outcome. Joy at reception is amazing she will do everything she can to help you and goes above and beyond to make appointments work for you. They are the best!
The Dentist and her assistant were lovely. The Doctor also went out of her way to help me figure out ways that I can have my next treatment and crowns covered. I really appreciated her doing that and she also did a fantastic job.
Darcy’s cleaning with the regular hygienist was “exceptional completely “. However, wife’s cleaning with last minute “float” was horrific at every step. She was incompetent in her care & work. No one should have to experience this kind of mediocrity, & still have to pay for the sitting.
Their service is great no complaints about that. But their advertisement is wrong. As they stated free denture and now they saying my insurance doesn’t cover that. I know that earlier but since they mentioned on their advertisement clearly it’s free that’s why I wanted to give me a try. Wasted my time. As this was the only needed treatment for me as of now.
