Had a great experience all the staff were so accommodating and helpful from appointment booking to insurance submissions. The dentist took time to let me ask plenty of questions and the hygienist Azin was amazing. The least painful cleaning I’ve ever had. So personable and professional with great advice for daily dental care.
I have the best experience with Dr.Cheng. She answered all my concerns. She do the filling of my 2 teeth yesterday. 8-27-25. I like my new hygienist too. She's very careful and so far the painless cleaning I experience in this dental clinic. College Park. Thier staff are very accommodating and friendly too.
Toothworks College Park is fantastic -- we LOVE this clinic! Dr. Tymon is the best dentist our family's ever had -- and the coordination staff and hygienists are extremely friendly, helpful and professional. The location is great for us since it's right at the subway, and anytime we've had an emergency (thankfully not often), the clinic accommodated us same day, which is nice peace of mind. I got my wisdom teeth pulled, overall experience was great, the doctor was super kind and understanding of my anxiety. My only issue is I never received a pre-op email for when I should stop eating and such prior to getting my teeth pulled. Apart from that, I have had a very positive experience at this dental office despite my intense fear of getting work done on my teeth.
Disappointing experience. I recently visited this dental office for an exam and was told I needed two fillings. I specifically asked about insurance coverage during that first visit, and the front desk assured me everything would be fully covered under my plan. However, after the treatment, I was told one of the fillings wasn’t covered because the same tooth had been treated in June 2023, and this new filling was done in May 2025—just one month short of the two-year threshold required for coverage.
