Dr. Ramzy and Christine are an excellent team who did not make me feel scared at all. They are very professional, extremely caring, and always welcoming, smiling, and reassuring. The clinic is clean, smooth, and friendly, with meaningful conversations that help put patients at ease. I would definitely recommend this place. One area for improvement would be the reception experience. With a bit more warmth—both in person and over the phone—it could make patients feel more comfortable. Thank you!
I have been going here for couple years now. The bathroom is so clean/ smells very nice. The staff here are so welcoming very friends. I have done here fillings , cleaning , tooth extraction I never had no issues from this place I love it here it feels like home very safe and kind people they do a very good job with your teeth I highly recommend them for you to try out
The staff here are always super friendly and helpful. They take the time to understand your issues and do their best to keep your dental health at its best. The team overall treat every patient/client with care. Dr Lindsay has been taking care of my dental issues whether it was just simple fillings or complex tooth extractions, she always takes good care and explains each procedure thoroughly. I recommend this Toothworks location.
Dr. Lindsay Tymon is an incredible dentist highly professional, caring, and wonderfully gentle. I felt completely comfortable and confident throughout my visit, knowing I was in excellent hands. Ghazal and Sara at the front desk were equally fantastic… so warm, friendly, and helpful, they made the whole experience easy and welcoming. Dr. Lindsay Tymon is an outstanding dentist, truly professional, attentive, and caring. I felt completely confident in her hands. The hygienist (Jiji) was also amazing: very professional, did an exceptionally thorough cleaning, and gave me great recommendations for keeping my teeth healthy.
