I've been going to this location for at least 4 years now. Being Indigenous, a woman I've found I needed a place that respected my words for care, services needed. Their professionalism ( at the FRONT END, DENTAL CARE, CLEANING SERVICES ) has been one of the best. Looking after appropriate paperwork, listening to my concerns for safety, answering my questions, their practical hands on work has been top notch. Appreciate, & highly recommend this location (yonge & college)
Toothworks is great. Easy appointments. I come in sit down a few minutes later I am in the room. They also helped with a previous rescheduled appointment. When leaving it is equally pleasant. I just sign what needs to be signed and have a nice day. Phillip is very thorough and takes time to listen and advise. It is my favourite place to get my teeth cleaned and any sort of dental surgery I might require. It is a clean facility, very accessible and economically-friendly. The dentist and hygienist work fast and efficient. I’ve never had any issues. I highly recommend this institution as your dental institution, if you’re seeking a place to start your dental hygiene journey or maybe if you’re just looking for a change with your current path, Toothworks is the place for you.
Dr. Ramzy and Christine are an excellent team who did not make me feel scared at all. They are very professional, extremely caring, and always welcoming, smiling, and reassuring. The clinic is clean, smooth, and friendly, with meaningful conversations that help put patients at ease. I would definitely recommend this place. One area for improvement would be the reception experience. With a bit more warmth—both in person and over the phone—it could make patients feel more comfortable. Thank you!
I have been going here for couple years now. The bathroom is so clean/ smells very nice. The staff here are so welcoming very friends. I have done here fillings , cleaning , tooth extraction I never had no issues from this place I love it here it feels like home very safe and kind people they do a very good job with your teeth I highly recommend them for you to try out
