Dr. Lindsay Tymon is an outstanding dentist, truly professional, attentive, and caring. I felt completely confident in her hands. The hygienist (Jiji) was also amazing: very professional, did an exceptionally thorough cleaning, and gave me great recommendations for keeping my teeth healthy. Disappointing experience. I recently visited this dental office for an exam and was told I needed two fillings. I specifically asked about insurance coverage during that first visit, and the front desk assured me everything would be fully covered under my plan. However, after the treatment, I was told one of the fillings wasn’t covered because the same tooth had been treated in June 2023, and this new filling was done in May 2025—just one month short of the two-year threshold required for coverage. Had a great experience all the staff were so accommodating and helpful from appointment booking to insurance submissions. The dentist took time to let me ask plenty of questions and the hygienist Azin was amazing. The least painful cleaning I’ve ever had. So personable and professional with great advice for daily dental care.
Do not get a cleaning here. I visited for the first time and got a routine cleaning. The hygienist was super rough and kept making my gums bleed. This is never a problem anywhere else and I have a rigid dental routine everyday. I know for a fact she was WAY too rough because I had calcification on a tooth that has been closely monitored for years by dentists and was never a problem, but she was too rough and chipped it. I have the best experience with Dr.Cheng. She answered all my concerns. She do the filling of my 2 teeth yesterday. 8-27-25. I like my new hygienist too. She's very careful and so far the painless cleaning I experience in this dental clinic. College Park. Thier staff are very accommodating and friendly too.
