1st visit to Toothworks Dental office. I was impressed from the moment I walked in, receptionist was friendly & pleasant in her greetings. I didn't have to wait much time for my cleaning by the hygienist. She did a great job too. Hope they keep up the standards. Sorry don't remember any of their names. Maybe my next vist. 🙂
Hello dears, Thank you very much for the treatment by the doctor and I am very pleased with her kindness and explanations, as she calmly kept us all informed about the treatment. It has been the same before, but unfortunately, the encounter’s behavior wasn’t polite and Answer my question with impatience.
I understand I was the last patient of the day and the hygienist wanted to leave asap, but feeling like they were rushing through my cleaning made me uncomfortable and quite frankly, the whole experience very painful. When I booked, I asked for a full examination but upon arrival, was not told there would be no doctor there to do any exams/x-rays. I was disappointed to pay over $200 for just the cleaning. I’ve been a patient here for over 10 years and it’s not the same. Not sure if I will be returning.
I am always treated very well when I visit ToothWorks. Dr. Aronov is so accomplished as to allow me to actually fall asleep while he repaired my broken tooth.
Awful service. Avoid at all costs! So I required filings for some cavity and a bridge had come off which I wanted placed back. At first the clinic asked me if I have recent X-rays which I emailed them. Despite this for every single visit they would keep taking multiple new X-rays just so they could charge me for those. On my first visit, dentist told me that she will fix the bridge/crown back but in a few months I will have to reconsider other options as it won’t stay beyond that. Guess what?
