I always get specially tailored care when I go in to get my teeth cleaned. Joanne is such an intuitive, careful, and helpful hygienist, and gives me such great advice about how to improve my teeth and gum health. It's a joy to sit in the chair and to have all my questions answered and to receive the most thorough and careful assessment of any issues, etc. The scaling, and polishing and tooth by tooth observations are terrific. Kilborn Dental Centre has been my dental centre for many, many years. Although changes over time are inevitable, the level of service and professionally has never changed. Well, if it has, it's only gotten better. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, compassionate, and make each visit a pleasure. I would not hesitate to recommend this team of dental professionals.
I was overdue for a cleaning and polishing. I have very sensitive teeth so it was not something I was looking forward to. Dental Hygienist extraordinaire Joanne took her time, was thorough, avoided any pain and my teeth look great! Thank you so much.
First time at Toothworks. They took me the same day. Greeted with a smile from the lovely receptionist. Had a filling replaced and it feels much better than what my former dentist had done. Was able to have it covered by the new government dental plan. Highly recommend Toothworks.
I was very satisfied with the services and care provided by the Toothworks Kilborne clinic. The receptionist was very kind and gave my daughter a small balloon, which made her very happy. Dr. Jaeseung Kim, the dentist, is very attentive and a good listener. He took all the necessary time to listen to us and advise us on the best way to proceed in order to treat our 4-year-old daughter, who was terrified due to a previous bad experience with another dentist.
