Excellent experience overall. The entire team is efficient, professional, and clearly cares about their patients. Jacky, the dental hygienist, was especially great-very personable, friendly, and outgoing, which made the visit comfortable and easy. Dr. Qui did an excellent job with my fillings-quick, efficient, and high-quality work. The receptionist was also fantastic with clear communication and smooth scheduling. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great dental care and a welcoming team.
Jackie is wonderful! She has a fantastic personality, is very caring, and truly takes her time to make sure my teeth are as clean as possible. She’s the best hygienist I’ve been to in a long time. I highly recommend Toothworks at 145 King West, Toronto. Also, Ghazal at the front desk is consistently kind, efficient, and welcoming—she makes the entire process smooth from start to finish.
The ambiance of the clinic is calming and staff are friendly. I love my dental hygienist, Jackie! I have been her patient for a number of years now. She’s very professional - she takes blood pressure before starting and she makes you feel at ease before starting the procedure. She is very calm and relaxed so the process is not too stressful.
We recently had our second treatment here through our refugee status in Canada, and the experience was truly excellent. The clinic is very professional, the medical staff were kind, patient, and attentive, and the service overall was outstanding. Everything felt organized and caring. Thank you for the great treatment and for making us feel respected and supported.
I was running late because I was coming from work and then got stuck on the DVP. But King York accommodated me without a hitch. And Jackie is always a delight.
