The staff at Toothworks 121 King St W are among the best people I’ve ever met. They are talented, professional, kind, compassionate and fun to be around. I actually look forward to my appointments and that’s not something I thought I’d ever say. I just finished my Invisalign program with them and the results are as good as I’d hoped for. I highly recommend them and I highly recommend flossing.
I really like all the people that work there. They are very skilled and knowledgeable and pleasant to be around. Dr. Shima is amazing!
Love Jackie, she has been cleaning my teeth for the last 35 years or so. She's funny, polite and does a great job. I can't imagine going to anyone else.
The dentist Shima always causes more issues to my teeth and she still didn’t fix it properly. I had to come back and forth for the same issue (3 times within a year), until I found another dentist to finally fix it, but then I had to pay for it myself because the insurance company refused to pay as it reached the maximum coverage. I totally understand them - which insurance company would want to pay for the same tooth issue a few times a year? I recently took my kids ( 8 and 12 years old) to Toothwork King York Dental Clinic and had a wonderful experience. From start to finish, the team provided exceptional service. Dr. Shima examined my kids teeth meticulously, addressing any concerns with expertise. Jackie, the dental hygienist, did an amazing job cleaning my children's teeth.
