The staff at Toothworks 121 King St W are among the best people I’ve ever met. They are talented, professional, kind, compassionate and fun to be around. I actually look forward to my appointments and that’s not something I thought I’d ever say. I just finished my Invisalign program with them and the results are as good as I’d hoped for. I highly recommend them and I highly recommend flossing.
Love Jackie, she has been cleaning my teeth for the last 35 years or so. She's funny, polite and does a great job. I can't imagine going to anyone else.
I really like all the people that work there. They are very skilled and knowledgeable and pleasant to be around. Dr. Shima is amazing!
The dentist Shima always causes more issues to my teeth and she still didn’t fix it properly. I had to come back and forth for the same issue (3 times within a year), until I found another dentist to finally fix it, but then I had to pay for it myself because the insurance company refused to pay as it reached the maximum coverage. I totally understand them - which insurance company would want to pay for the same tooth issue a few times a year? Dr Shima is AMAZING v.gentle, caring and patient , she gives me a break when I need, very professional, thank you 🙏🏻 I also do cleaning with Jackie , she is very lovely and caring I started with her during covid and everything perfect 💖
