Very friendly and professional staff. They strive to create a space where everybody is welcome and treated with respect. When I called and told them I had a new name and pronouns they were completely respectful and put everything in their system so nobody called me the wrong name or used the wrong pronouns. I would go as far as to say they are extremely welcoming and were happy to accommodate and update my info. It makes me so happy to live in a place where I am met with such kindness everywhere I go.
I can’t recommend Dr. enough! He is incredibly skilled, precise, and genuinely honest. He takes the time to assess what you really need and never recommends unnecessary treatments. His professionalism, attention to detail, and integrity made me feel completely comfortable and confident. I have just started using Toothworks as my dentist after my wife Raved about their services. I needed a Root Canal and being a stressful person I was nervous. From the moment I walked in to the moment I life I was reassured comfort and a painless experience. The comfort came from the 2 ladies at the front. The Dentist and staff were very friendly and professional! I was late for my appointment but they could fit me in at the same day. They always very clear with my claims and insurance, and provided with receipts and explanations each time. I was very happy about the results and highly recommended!
