I love the team here, everyone is so nice and accommodating. I have a very busy work schedule and they've never made me feel like an inconvenience for having to reschedule, and even communicate with me over text, which is really helpful considering that I cannot often call throughout the day. Everyone is great, but I loved my dental hygienist (I forget his name, I'm sorry!) but he was like an encyclopedia on dental care and shared a great true crime chat with me. Thank you everyone!
Would not recommend for children My daughter had such a fear of going to the dentist after her experience here. They were not prepared for children and did not even have a pediatric x-ray available they did not take their time to show her any of the equipment or explain how any of it works or what they were doing they just started going in with all of the different instruments and startled her she was so overwhelmed and so frightened that they were not able to complete the necessary procedure that day and stated that my chil... read more
I was satisfied with my first appointment at Toothworks. They answered all the questions I had, kept me informed about the cost of things along the way and were very honest about what work could wait versus what might be best to deal with now etc. The staff was kind and personable too. The dental hygienist that worked with me was very pleasant and helped me to feel comfortable during my appointment.
The receptionist is so kind and sweet, and won’t give you an attitude if your low income, on odsp or whatever your situation is. The hygienist is so sweet and the dentist is kind and friendly. I would recommend them 100%. They even took me in when others didn’t and that means the world to me, for sure when I had a broken tooth and no one else would take me
I have been to this place today but honestly I felt fully satisfied with a happy smile. They have caring and loving staff. They serve to the best of their service. They offer pick ups and drop offs. To sum it up, it's the best place to all your dental issues for a happy smile🥰🥰🥰
