Dr. William Chang has been my dentist for the last couple of years at Toothworks in Masonville Mall. I love his Patience, calm demeanor and of course, his expertise. If you have any anxiety about going to a dentist, Dr. Chang, might be the dentist for you! The hours are great and very flexible. The staff are friendly and helpful from the receptionists to the assistants , to the hygienists! So if you’re looking for a Dental team, check out Toothworks!
My son is a Western student, and he has a tooth infection, was in a lot of pain, his face and glands swollen and was not able to be seen by the Western "Emergency" clinic until the next day. Toothworks Masonville Place Dental took him in right away, and the receptionist there took excellent care of him, helping him with paperwork, and the dentist was also great. I went to Toothwork and had a really good experience. The doctors were very friendly, patient, and explained everything clearly. The staff were also kind and helpful, which made me feel really comfortable. I got my tooth fixed and it’s such a relief now. The clinic is clean and well-organized too.
