I recently had a 2-hour Zoom teeth whitening session with Dorothy, and the experience was fantastic. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but she made the whole process incredibly smooth and comfortable. Dorothy stayed with me the entire time, explaining each step, checking in regularly, and making sure I wasn’t feeling any sensitivity. She was kind, patient, and very professional. I’m also really happy with the end result, it turned out even better than I expected. Overall, a very positive experience. Highly recommend!
I love this dental office. They do great work on my teeth. They also have their own dedicated parking as the property is surrounded by a fence. You’re not fighting for parking with any other tenants (like a mall location). Also the location is completely flat. Perfect for those with mobility issues (wheelchair or walkers), as there are no stairs. I’m not disabled, but my late mother was, and taking her to the dentist was an ordeal with her walker. I wish I had discovered this location back then when she was alive.
We had an amazing experience here after my brother broke his front tooth from a fall. The staff were absolute gems. So kind, caring, and professional. Both the dental assistant and the dentist showed so much compassion and made sure my brother was comfortable and taken care of. We’ve had a great experience with Dr. Soleymani and the team at Toothworks on Kingston Road. Both of my daughters feel comfortable and well cared for at every visit. The staff is kind, gentle, and great with kids. The office is clean, welcoming, and easy to access with free parking and evening hours. Highly recommend for families looking for a dentist who puts children at ease and delivers excellent care.
I have gone to this clinic for at least 15 years, and have been thoroughly impressed throughout. The office itself is beautifully laid out and is aesthetically pleasing, and a large fish tank is an added point of interest. The waiting area is spacious and the individual dental rooms are easy to navigate. The reception staff are always, without fail, glad to see their clients and greet everyone with smiles and unwavering attention.
