I have been coming here since I was little and I don’t think I could ever go anywhere else. The staff are so nice, also reception is helpful and kind. Dorothy is my go to dental hygienist now. She is very informative on ways I can improve my routine, and gave me a coupon towards a really nice electric toothbrush! Most times I’m so relaxed there that I almost fall asleep. Thanks Pine ridge! This review is long overdue!
The entire staff was incredibly supportive and friendly, making me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. I was particularly impressed by the politeness of the doctor, who took the time to explain everything clearly and ensure I was at ease throughout my visit. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend Pine Ridge Toothworks Dental Clinic to anyone in need of dental care.
Dental procedures are very organized, whether it is scaling or tooth work. Dr. Suleymani is an excellent dentist. I highly recommend him. He neatly replaced a bonded filling on one of my teath very neatly and without any discomfort. One area of improvement is that their admin staff needs more training, be more connected to the dental staff and customers.
My hygienist Pam is absolutely amazing. She is very professional and does a complete clean. I would recommend Pam to anyone who wants a super clean teeth. Also the front desk staff are on top of everything and very punctual for appointments. I had an amazing experience.
When booking, I specifically asked for an exam and cleaning. Front desk, Cindy told me I would have to come in two different times. I asked her if she was able to accommodate both services same day. She looked in the calendar and picked a day and said both dentist and hygienist would be available. When I got there, the dental hygienist asks me what I’m there for.
