I've been a patient at Pine Ridge Dental for 20+ years and they always provide exceptional care and advice everytime. My most recent visit was no exception. I'm always warmly welcomed starting with Cindy at reception and then by the hygienist and Dr Soleymani. Dr. S. quickly and efficiently assessed my needs and quickly worked his magic to make my teeth look great! Highly recommend this outstanding dental office.
Had an amazing check up from the hygienist, Pam! She was excellent, on time and very thorough! After my dental cleaning, Dr. Soleymami did a full check up. Their admin team is very courteous and professional. I would highly recommed this dental office!
I love this dental office. They do great work on my teeth. They also have their own dedicated parking as the property is surrounded by a fence. You’re not fighting for parking with any other tenants (like a mall location). Also the location is completely flat. Perfect for those with mobility issues (wheelchair or walkers), as there are no stairs. I’m not disabled, but my late mother was, and taking her to the dentist was an ordeal with her walker. I wish I had discovered this location back then when she was alive.
I have been going to Pine Ridge Dental centre for 40 years. On my last visit i had a Cap install. The expirenct was very good . The doctor managed to do the proceger with out any pain or discomfort.
My experience at this dental office was quite disappointing. The reception staff appeared disorganized, and the overall service felt unprofessional. During our family’s cleaning appointments, the procedures felt rushed, and my teeth didn’t feel properly cleaned afterward. I even mentioned this to the hygienist and she laughed it off. What was most frustrating, however, was that the office cancelled my follow-up appointment without any notice or explanation, despite the fact that I had confirmed it twice.
