I love this dental office. They do great work on my teeth. They also have their own dedicated parking as the property is surrounded by a fence. You’re not fighting for parking with any other tenants (like a mall location). Also the location is completely flat. Perfect for those with mobility issues (wheelchair or walkers), as there are no stairs. I’m not disabled, but my late mother was, and taking her to the dentist was an ordeal with her walker. I wish I had discovered this location back then when she was alive.
First time going to Toothworks Pine Ridge. Their customer service is excellent. Andrea was so patient and explained everything she was doing, which I appreciated because it made me more relaxed. She’s a true professional and is great at what she does. The doctor who examined my teeth was also very professional and welcoming. They were also able to book me in quickly. I’m glad I found a place that’s close to home and their service is 💯. Highly recommend.
I had a chipped filling. I called them. They booked me within the day. When I went in to get it fixed, I was in and out in 45 minutes. What a truly professional office, fast, efficient, clean. I’ve been coming to this office for well over five years never had a problem.
We use the services of Dental Hygienist ONLY in this location. Pam is superb at her job; very delicate in how the teeth cleaning is done - painless; Pam has outstanding work ethic and good manners. For all other dental services, we do not use Toothworks Pine Ridge Dental Centre.
I have been coming here for years and I have also loved the cozy and friendly service and environment. Pam is my hygienist and she is AMAZING! She is super gentle with the cleaning but does such an incredible job. Every time I see her I know and I am always confident I am in good hands. I would highly recommend her!
