I have been coming here for years and I have also loved the cozy and friendly service and environment. Pam is my hygienist and she is AMAZING! She is super gentle with the cleaning but does such an incredible job. Every time I see her I know and I am always confident I am in good hands. I would highly recommend her! ⭐ 10/10 Experience!!! I can’t say enough great things about Pam! We have been working together for almost a decade now. She’s not only extremely skilled and thorough, but she’s also so caring and personable. She always makes sure my oral health is in perfect shape, checking everything to make sure that she addresses any changes to my dental physiology. I have been coming here since I was little and I don’t think I could ever go anywhere else. The staff are so nice, also reception is helpful and kind. Dorothy is my go to dental hygienist now. She is very informative on ways I can improve my routine, and gave me a coupon towards a really nice electric toothbrush! Most times I’m so relaxed there that I almost fall asleep. Thanks Pine ridge! This review is long overdue!
From the dentist, Dr S, Pam, the hygienist to the staff, this clinic does amazingly not just in excellent dental services but exceeded my expectations in customer service. With their never ending assistance with my dental claims being declined a few times trom Sunlife, the issue was rectified and got my full reimbursement on the root canal performef by the endodontist which I was truly fully covered. Great job, Pine Ridge Dental!!!!! Many many thanks!!
This place is a dental resort! ;) Water walls, massage chairs, skilled hygienists, and oh, yes, excellent dentists as well. Very modern office, and the staff are a pleasure to deal with. I won't go so far as to say it makes going to the dentist a pleasure, but they've done everything possible to make your visit relaxing.
