Marlene (hope I got the name right!) did a spectacularly thorough and yet painless review of my buccal health and teeth cleaning. Very impressive and much appreciated. Great hands. Helen at the desk was also professional, helpful, kind and efficient. Great experience.
I had a great experience today at ToothWorks. I was very nervous about the whole dental procedure and I’m very happy with my treatment. Dr. Tymon and her associates were so kind. I’ll go back again!
The overall experience was excellent. Dr. Tymon conducted my dental examination and took the time to clearly explain every detail, which I really appreciated. She is highly knowledgeable and clearly very experienced. I also had a cleaning done, and just like the exam, it was a very positive experience. On top of that, the office is conveniently in PATH and close to my workplace, making it much easier to schedule and attend appointments.
I don't recommend this place. The staff doesn't give clear information. I initially went for a cleaning and was told it would be a good idea that I come back for an exam. I asked if it was fully covered by the insurance and they said yes, so I booked a new appointment. However, when I returned for the exam, I found out it was not fully covered and I had to pay part of it!!!! (the exam was already done so I couldn't say no). This felt misleading and unprofessional.
I’ve been with Dr. Tymon for many years now. Her and her team have always provided exceptional service. A few years ago immediately on my return from a trip I needed an emergency appointment and they were able to have someone at another location see me the same day, and had a much needed root canal the day after. I highly recommend her and her team to anyone in need of a dentist. They have never failed me or steered me wrong, and are so kind and professional. Thank you to Dr. Tymon and your entire team!
