I recently visited Toothwork Square One Dental Clinic, and it was truly a wonderful experience. Doctor Mostafa conducted a thorough check-up on my teeth with such care and attention to detail. I felt completely at ease throughout the process. His assistants were also incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring that I was comfortable and well taken care of. It was a reassuring and positive visit that I really appreciated.
The experience was excellently fantastic. No dull moment from the receptionist to the Doctor. They all exhibited professionalism at the highest point. Even though, I got to know the Dental centre online, but I was not disappointed about all the positive comments I read about the clinic. I appreciate you all.
My experience with Toothworks Square One has been incredibly disappointing and frustrating from start to finish. I partially paid for a retainer service that was never properly completed. When I followed up, not only did they try to charge me for an old balance from 2023—despite me being fully insured at the time—but the dentist also implied it was my fault for not communicating what I wanted. Doctors are really good and make patient comfortable during whole treatment . Also faced some trouble but well appreciated to front desk adminstrator OYIN that how she handle situation without any arguement . She is perfectly knows how to manage and tackle patients. I really appreciated her for doing great job.
Very well attended but ripped off in the bill. Unwanted X-Rays, Polish which is not required at all. A check up by dentist was not required as I had no complaints. A normal bill for teeth cleaning is never more than Can$250. You charged me Can$475. I am seriously thinking to change my dentist. Kind Regards Muhammad Sharif Ahmed.
