Had an amazing experience here for my first cleaning appointment. The hygienist and dentist were thorough and pleasant. The front desk was also so helpful and friendly. Glad I found this clinic so close to me.
It took me a while to locate Toothworks Sterling Dental, 85 Ellesmere Road, Scarborough, ON, Canada. I called the clinic and was referred to go inside the Parkway Mall and walked to the end. It was located across from Dollarama. You won't miss it. Once I found the dental office, everything was perfect - from the order I met them: 2 friendly frontline staff, and professional hygenist (Nilofar), and dentist (Dr Adela). Amazing hospitality l and my son were picked during each appointment and dropped back home efficiently. My son (3yrs) was kept busy and comfortable, while l had my teeth done. The staff are happy and that created a welcoming environment . The nursed and doctors amazing explained to you all that was to be done in detail. It was certainly the best experience l ever got . Thanks to Mandy, Mary, Sussy and the doctors who did my teeth amazing Job.
As always we had a good experience in our appointment. Good service since you see the front desk. Everyone there are very nice and professional.
The staff at Toothworks are always so friendly and professional. They take the time to explain every detail to you. They almost make you feel like you are their only patient! I love the “friendly reminders” they text you for upcoming appointments too. Makes it a lot easier when you have a busy life. Would absolutely recommend Toothworks.
