Had a filling fall out and hadn't been to a dentist is years b/c I'm not insured. Dr. Noah was amazing and we had everything done super quickly and as comfortably as possible. I will definitely be coming back and making this my go to place. Highly recommend! Everyone on staff was super friendly and helpful and made something that was stressful, relaxing and easy. Due to Covid, had gone to a private hygienist twice a year for cleanings, but had not been to a dentist. Recently had some pain and discomfort, so I went to a dentist near me, who said I needed a root canal and other work. However, this dentist was not registered with the new Canadian dental plan for seniors. I contacted Toothworks and went to four appointments (exam/xrays, root canal, cleaning, cavities). My mother had her cleaning done last week from Vivek and she couldn't be more happy with the entire process. Vivek combined painless with deep cleaning and my mother experienced zero discomfort (she has very sensitive gums). My mother already told the Staff that her next cleaning appointment better be with Vivek because she isn't going to trust anyone else for her cleaning moving forward. Friendly and knowledgeable staff at the Parkway Mall location. The hygienists do a thorough job with the cleaning. They make the process as comfortable as possible. Dr. Adela the dentist has been reliable for me the past couple of years.
Great dental office! Everyone is super friendly from the moment you step in. The hygienists, technicians and dentists are all great and take extra care to make sure you’re as comfortable as possible. The receptionist are super helpful, kind. I actually transferred from Mississauga because I moved and they took care of the whole process. Definitely recommend! 😊
