Dentists & hygenists are very competent and friendly. Recently after 43 years a brace I had on my lower teeth broke off. These guys are my regular dentists but were able to quickly fix this ortho issue- and the diagnosis the first day was no charge. Also a while back when they gave me a temporary crown I mistakenly ate a chewy protein bar - and it came off a week early— they fixed that same day for no additional fee. Dentists care most about income. The work isn’t bad - but they want as many appointments as possible. I came in purely for a night guard replacement for my TMJ disorder and repeatedly get comments from multiple dental professionals about orthodontics. 1. I didn’t ask. 2. I already have jaw pain. 3. Orthodontics are purely cosmetic in my situation. Read your patient charts. Make treatment plans, not judgements.
There were multiple problems with this dentist office. Firstly, I initial appointment which was an hour and a half. They didn’t have enough time to do x-rays a consultation and finish my tooth cleaning. So I had to come back another day to finish the cleaning. I’ve been going to the dentist for 30 years and that has never happened before. The dental hygienist kept coming and going.
