I’ve had a great experience here! The customer service is excellent, and I really appreciate that they bill my insurance directly—it makes things so much easier. There’s always plenty of parking, and their hours of operation are very convenient. I’ve had my teeth cleaned several times, and every dental professional I’ve seen has been fantastic. Mohamed, in particular, stood out—he was incredibly gentle and attentive. Highly recommended!
My father went to the clinic yesterday and had a really good experience. The staff were kind, professional, and made him feel comfortable throughout his visit. He was also pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary dental care kit with floss, toothpaste, and a toothbrush. It’s the little touches like that that show they care about their patients’ oral health beyond the appointment. Highly recommend!
Great visit! My son 4yo Turing 5 in OCT Finally sat thru the cleaning ! Very impressed. No delay. Appointment started as planned and they took care of him so good :) successful visit!
Everyone, from the front desk staff , the dental hygenist, to the dentist, is welcoming, friendly and professional. They do a very good job of easing the usual stress that one feels upon stepping into a dental office. They also follow up with a call the day after to check if all is well which is comforting. Simply put, they CARE about the patient.
Your reception staff have no English skills, it’s hard to talk to them so many people just give up and leave. This is Canada. English is one of the official languages, I understand that you hire temporary foreign workers as they get paid lesser but there is something called Standard. Please don’t lower standards. It feels you are stuck an old Delhi clinic.
