I was having a lot of pain in my mouth and went in and they got me in the next day. I haven't been to the dentist since 2018 and I have always been nervous. From the front desk, to the assistants, to the dentist everyone was super nice and understanding and very patient. I just went back for a filling and cleaning yesterday, I was booked in for a filling at 12:20pm and then a cleaning at 1:50pm and the dental assistant came back from his lunch so I didn't have to wait around. Had a broken tooth. The team got me in that morning and repaired it. Very friendly and reassuring as the work was being done. As a nervous patient they took the time to do it right. Thank you all from the receptionist to the dentist and the dentist's assistant they were all great.
One of the doctors who comes only on Saturday was nice and gentle, Dr Noha was knowledgeable, but the rest of the doctors I’ve seen had me not want to come back here at all. Had my wisdom teeth removed, they didn’t check the x-ray before hand properly to know that it’s a difficult one to remove, spent an hour there and they realized where the problem was, and I got infected after, so much pain in the following week that woke me up while sleeping, I know there’s the possibility to get infected but I tend to blame this to the ... read more
I had a bad time here two weeks ago,where the dentist did fillings on two of my teeth,which were unwanted and caused swelling on my face .Upon notifying this to the clinic they were pushing for a root canal on the tooth affected without even waiting for the swelling to subside. This is a place where everyone pushes and pressures you to get unwanted treatments ,especially if your insurance is good.The dentists does not look at past x rays nor do they inform you the condition of the tooth before a procedure ,they just want to... read more
