Arrived early, receptionist greeted me cheerfully. Was taken to chair early by the hygienist, who was very cheerful and we spoke for a few minutes and she enquired if I had any concerns with my teeth. She then took x-rays and started the cleaning process and was very concerned about my comfort level. She was very efficient and the ordeal was over sooner than I thought. Dr. Sanjay and the dental hygienist (I believe her name was Jovi?) have been fantastic. I have extremely bad dental anxiety, but their calm demeanors and clear communication has helped ease my anxieties greatly. I have had a hard time finding a dentist in Toronto that I feel like understands and respects my personal requests. But now that I have been to Dental House, I think my search is over :) Highly recommend!
I held off leaving a review until my 3rd visit. I can honestly say I've had great experiences every visit. From a cleaning, to xrays with consultation, to restorative fillings, I left feeling completely satisfied. Friendly, attentive, great communication. Highly recommend DentalHouse Liberty Village after having unpleasant experiences at a few other Liberty Village dentists.
