I have been attending Tower Dental at Marlborough for many years, and have always had an amazing experience. The team here, from front desk to hygienists and dentists, are so kind and compassionate. Even when I had a traumatic experience at another clinic for an emergency procedure which left me unable to access dental care for a couple of years, the team at Tower welcomed me back when I was ready and have extended to me the same grace and compassion without judgement. Sara was the hygienist assigned to me, and she did an excellent job. I could really feel how thoroughly and satisfyingly my teeth were cleaned. It was the same positive experience I had with the first hygienist (whose name I can’t recall) who assisted me back in 2023. Both were very detailed and skilled in their work.
I arrived on time, but told my appointment time changed by 1-hour, without letting me know ahead of time. I waited outside the offices until they were ready. When taken to the chair, I was then informed the requested tech was not available and was asked if I wanted to rebook, I did not want to rebook at that time. With all the staff changes over the past couple years and this, I'm not sure if I will return.
Everyone was very friendly and professional. The dentist was very pleasant. I had one filling and a small repair with no freezing and no pain. I left feeling very happy about my experience
The front desk girls are great.. super nice and welcoming. But the dentist and assistants? Not really lol. I can tell the difference between fake nice and genuine nice. Both times I’ve come here i just feel stupid for asking questions cus they’re very short and distant. anytime I try to chat or just be friendly, they definetly seem annoyed. One of them even cut me off mid-sentence like they couldn’t be bothered to just listen to something I had to say for 10 seconds.
