I am very grateful, because for the last two days in a row (weekend's) I have had no sleep or brief relief from the severity of my pain. when I went to your clinic on a weekday morning I was satisfied with your hospitality and efficiency before my treatment. after a full examination the medicine given to me has brought me great healing and relief. your approach and hospitality is like a friend I have stayed with, thank you very much keep going!! front desk staff polite, respectful and offered timely attention. dental assistant was friendly and greeted me with awareness of my concern and offered advice and able to offer feedback about my returning concern. Dr. Gabriel was friendly and efficient and did try to be gentle. Wish there was a more permanent solution to my issue but I do appreciate being informed about the opportunity to return within a one year period since the original procedure to have it addressed again without extra cost.
Tower Dental and all staff are excellent, from scheduling to the service itself. Joe is always the best. I feel comfortable as always. I am not from Calgary but I stayed in this clinic because of the best service they had offered. Keep it up!
I had a very good experience at my dental checkup with hygenist Jo and Dr. Gabriel. Jo was professional, friendly, and gentle working on my teeth. I have been a client with Tower Dental for almost 30 years and the staff here are great, and friendly and I am always satisfied leaving their office.
We have a very bad experience from dental tower. Over 7 to 8 of our family members visited the doctor and then they said we should work on your teeth but every time they were booking us appointments just to benefit from our insurance. Yet our teeth have worse pain. Our teeth got worse. Today, I received a call from the same clinic asking about additional insurance coverage. Overall, it's not recommended; I'd rate it zero stars."
