This is a serious warning. Based on my personal experience, this clinic is completely unreliable and operates in a way that feels dangerous for patients. They made decisions about my insurance without asking me, gave no estimate, and once my insurance was used up, they suddenly demanded more payment. They never explained anything clearly. I have been attending Tower Dental at Marlborough for many years, and have always had an amazing experience. The team here, from front desk to hygienists and dentists, are so kind and compassionate. Even when I had a traumatic experience at another clinic for an emergency procedure which left me unable to access dental care for a couple of years, the team at Tower welcomed me back when I was ready and have extended to me the same grace and compassion without judgement. Sara was the hygienist assigned to me, and she did an excellent job. I could really feel how thoroughly and satisfyingly my teeth were cleaned. It was the same positive experience I had with the first hygienist (whose name I can’t recall) who assisted me back in 2023. Both were very detailed and skilled in their work.
It was a wonderful and distinctive interview because the doctors and physician assistants are highly experienced and make you feel comfortable and not anxious, starting with you from your arrival at the reception until you leave. All greetings, appreciation and respect to you.
“I paid a deposit to this dental clinic, but they have not refunded it yet. They told me it will take one month, which is too long and very inconvenient. The delay and lack of clear communication have been frustrating. I expected better service and faster resolution. I don’t recommend this clinic if you want a smooth and fair refund process."
