I honestly can’t say enough good things about this dental office. I hadn’t been to the dentist in a long time, and even though I brushed and flossed, I had reached the point where I felt so defeated that I was ready to have all my teeth pulled. The anxiety and embarrassment felt overwhelming. Over the Christmas holidays, I had a tooth that hurt so badly, and I was incredibly lucky to find this absolute gem of a clinic. Always on time and a great experience. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. They don’t try to rip you off and help in anyway they can. I’m terrified of the dentist and I have had two appointments with no freezing at all. Very happy and highly recommended!! Thank u so much!
I had an excellent experience with this service. Although it required quite a drive from my residence, it was absolutely worth the effort. The quality of care and attention provided was outstanding. Dr. Efe was especially fantastic in attending to my children, showing both professionalism and genuine care. I truly appreciate the dedication and service offered, and I would highly recommend this practice to others.
My dental procedure went very well, and I was very satisfied with the service. A few days later, I had an emergency situation and had to return to the clinic earlier than scheduled. The staff attended to me promptly and handled everything professionally. Special kudos to the dental hygienist—sadly I forgot her name—who managed my situation extremely well and made me feel comfortable. This is a serious warning. Based on my personal experience, this clinic is completely unreliable and operates in a way that feels dangerous for patients. They made decisions about my insurance without asking me, gave no estimate, and once my insurance was used up, they suddenly demanded more payment. They never explained anything clearly. They filled six of my teeth—none of which were fully damaged—without doing any root canals. After three visits, they told me that my teeth now needed root canals.
