I've been a patient at this dental office for over 20 years, and the experience has always been outstanding. Dr. Glan, the assistant, and the receptionists are all incredibly professional, kind, and patient. You truly feel well taken care of from the moment you walk in. I’m so grateful for the care and attention I received from my hygienist Kerry at Tower Smiles Dental, today. She was not only professional and thorough, but also incredibly kind and gentle throughout the appointment. She made me feel completely at ease, and I appreciated the thoughtful, educational conversation about my oral health. It’s rare to find someone who combines expertise with such warmth—truly a wonderful experience.
My first visit to Tower Smiles was very positive. I valued the relaxed but professional atmosphere. My cleaning, done by Charlotte, was excellent despite the fact I had left it a year since my last cleaning. Charlotte gave me some tips on dental hygiene that I think will make a big difference (I’m not the most dedicated flosser). I get very uptight about having dental work done! Today I was feeling especially nervous because I was scheduled to have a fairly 'nasty' issue dealt with. However, Dr. Boychuk was seriously amazing with her skills - and I couldn't believe she was done when she was! Also, although I am a new patient, I have enjoyed all of the staff I've encountered. I imagine I will now feel a lot more comfortable at my next visit!
