My first visit to Tower Smiles was very positive. I valued the relaxed but professional atmosphere. My cleaning, done by Charlotte, was excellent despite the fact I had left it a year since my last cleaning. Charlotte gave me some tips on dental hygiene that I think will make a big difference (I’m not the most dedicated flosser). Dr. Jana Boychuk and Carrie are phenomenal professionals ! They have been looking after my husband and I for at least 9 years! I could not have asked for more from their professionalism, efficiency, friendliness and knowledge and skills in this field of dental health. Their professional service is highly commendable and recommended. I am so greatful that I am under their care.
The doctors and hygienist are so friendly. Scaling was painless and thorough. Administration is quick and efficient, They responded to my emails quickly and had my information set to go as I finished my appointment. I even mixed up my appointment date and they worked with a hygienist to fit me in rather than turn me away. 5 stars!!!
Dr. Galan has been my dentist for years and I love the work he and his assistants have done. This time I went in with a broken tooth. They fit me in right away and repaired it with a temporary filling quickly and painlessly. I still need a crown but I have no pain and it was inexpensive. They are my go-to and I'll never go anywhere else. 12/10 I highly recommend them.
All the five star reviews are well deserved. Visiting here from the Los Angeles area, I found the staff very pleasant and professional. I’m grateful they were able to get me in quickly to take care of an emergent dental situation.
