We Love Treehouse Dental Care! The whole team is so kind and has made my 2 1/2 year old so comfortable. Today was our 2nd visit and his first time getting his teeth cleaned. It was such a stress free process and my son had the best experience. Dr. Matt is so kind and gentle. Highly recommend!
Amazing dental clinic! The staff are very kind and welcoming. The girls at the front desk are always friendly and helpful. The dentist is very professional and knows exactly how to work with children and make them feel comfortable. My daughter had a great experience. Everyone is patient, caring, and wonderful with kids. Highly recommend this clinic!
Streamlined practice where we were mostly seen right on time, and out in a short amount of time. Dr. Simon and his staff are very nice to be with and my son was very well taken care of. 2 years of visits for his situation and through the entire time there were no hidden fees or unexpected expenditures. My compliments to all in the clinic.
I’m actually glad we never ended up booking an appointment here. The receptionist left me very disappointed. My daughter was experiencing tooth pain, so I called to ask if there happened to be any availability for someone to take a quick look at her tooth. I fully understand that appointments normally need to be booked in advance. However, the receptionist responded in a dismissive tone and said, “This isn’t a walk-in clinic where you can just come whenever you want.” That comment was unnecessary. I had a great experience at Treehouse Dental Care in Thornhill. From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and very professional. The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the visit. The clinic is clean, modern, and very family-friendly.
