Actually look forward to my appointments here. Have been a patient for over 15 years,have sent so many friends, coworkers,and friends of friends here, such a relaxed office and great staff. Easy to book, always great about switching appointments around or emergency stuff, and always on time. They do everything from routine cleaning s through to braces and implants, their team is best in town. My Mom has been going to Dr. MacKenzie for years and absolutely loves him. I've been taking her recently and everyone in the office is wonderful. The office is clean and bright, easy to get to, and lots of parking. Definitely recommend any dentist in this office.

Overall I liked my dentists here and the dental hygienist. Really not impressed with the appointment admin coordinator. I've had a wisdom teeth poking out with initial pain, thankfully has settled. I've reached out 3-4 times now to try to book an appointment to get this assessed. It has been 3 weeks now since trying to book an appointment. Every email response I got back, one of my questions were missed. Naz is the best hygienist I have ever had. Very professional but more importantly extremely gentle and so kind. I am so relaxed with her and my cleanings never feel stressful. Please stay forever!! I have only been seeing him for a year but Dr. Mackenzie is great. He knows his stuff and I have full confidence in him to make the right choices for treatment for me.
