Kennedy, Dr.Don and the staff at the desk are all totally awesome. Kennedy is a very careful and thorough hygienist with a great personality. I keep seeing her for a good reason. Dr.Don doesn’t just do the regular oral exam, he always checks the whole face and neck for cancer or other abnormalities. The service is top notch. The front end staff are always smiling and helpful. I would highly recommend anyone to get their oral care done at True Dental
Everyone at this clinic is great! Dr Kevin did my filling today and everything went smoothly. He explained the whole process step-by-step and made sure I was comfortable and all my questions were answered. The dental assistants are great and patient. The folks at the reception are very nice and helpful. 10/10 recommend!
Best dental office experience I’ve had in many years. Honest, diligent and incredibly skilled! They fixed the problems I had from another office and explained my options clearly. Riley was very helpful (and fast!) on processing insurance and explaining claims when my benefits changed over, so no stress. My 13 year old daughter really likes the dental hygienists, and thinks they are so friendly. She says Dr Don was nice-most of the time. Her words are “he was cheery and tried to keep the mood light, but he worked fast and that made me kind of nervous.” “Because he didnt give me a warning about the needle for freezing” & “He kind of held onto the fact that I tried to move his hand (with the needle) away from my mouth.” “In conclusion, my experience would be rated 4/5 because of the dental hygienist”. My family has been going to True Dental since we moved here in 2014. They are amazing and the staff has always been so amazing and friendly. Two of my boys at different ages knocked a tooth out when they were younger. One riding a skateboard and one ridding a bike. They were so amazing both times. They dealt with them scared and in pain with so much care, empathy, and patience. I can tell so many stories about how well the are with children and youth who are nervous of the dentist.
