I will start by sharing that I have a significant issue with dental anxiety. I had an old large filling fall out over the weekend. It left a sharp edge that was quite uncomfortable. I called this morning and bless them, they were able to fit me in today to file down the sharp edge. I was greeted with a smile and asked to have a seat. Everyone in the office was so polite. Kennedy was amazing! She constantly was making sure I was comfortable with every she was doing. These past years getting my teeth cleaned from Kennedy has put a smile on my face. I have never felt so happy leaving the dentist office like I do now. Thank you Kennedy.
This was the best appointment I've had in a long time. The hygienist was so accommodating of my anxiety and did everything to make my experience so much better. Always a great experience at this clinic. The hygienists and dentist are all kind, warm and welcoming. They're really thorough in their cleanings and check ups and make sure all of me and my family's needs are met. I always feel completely comfortable during a session, whether it's with me or my kids. I have 2 disabled children, and the team at True Dental always help our experience be the best it can be. My family and I leave feeling very well taken care of.
Dr Jeff and the team at True Dental are outstanding. I had to have a crown replaced and he walked me through all the paces, telling me when I may feel discomfort, or an ugly taste, etc. They constantly checked to ensure I was feeling ok. The best part was the procedure came in under budget!! It was an amazing experience. Thank you so much!!
