Wonderful staff and doctors! My daughter is 2 and a half, and we’ve seen both Dr. Kevin and Dr. Casey now. Everyone from reception to the assistants to the doctors has been so kind and truly goes out of their way to make it a good experience for her. Dr. Kevin and Dr. Casey are both thorough and caring, and they always take the time to explain things and answer my questions. Hygienist was awesome! I moved from Winnipeg and it’s a little unsettling going to a new dentist office. Well Hanna (believe that was her name) made me feel welcome and comfortable. Thank you True Dental.
Kennedy, Dr.Don and the staff at the desk are all totally awesome. Kennedy is a very careful and thorough hygienist with a great personality. I keep seeing her for a good reason. Dr.Don doesn’t just do the regular oral exam, he always checks the whole face and neck for cancer or other abnormalities. The service is top notch. The front end staff are always smiling and helpful. I would highly recommend anyone to get their oral care done at True Dental
My family has been going to True Dental since we moved here in 2014. They are amazing and the staff has always been so amazing and friendly. Two of my boys at different ages knocked a tooth out when they were younger. One riding a skateboard and one ridding a bike. They were so amazing both times. They dealt with them scared and in pain with so much care, empathy, and patience. I can tell so many stories about how well the are with children and youth who are nervous of the dentist. Everyone at this clinic is great! Dr Kevin did my filling today and everything went smoothly. He explained the whole process step-by-step and made sure I was comfortable and all my questions were answered. The dental assistants are great and patient. The folks at the reception are very nice and helpful. 10/10 recommend!
